I used the old one for a long time and got pretty good at stacking plates haha I love this one but it took me a minute to get used to it. The top could be higher. The cup hooks are best for hanging mugs instead of cups. The drainer works well. The utensil holder could be bigger. But I think I've mastered it now so I think I like it haha I do like that it holds knives more securely.
