Great set
I have only used the 22mm O2 sensor sockets from the set so far, but they work great. Doing an O2 sensor (especially on a northern car) without these is pretty miserable. This feels like a super high quality set and I didn't notice any flexing on any of the sockets with the opening on the side, despite some O2 sensors requiring a 1/2 impact gun to even get starting to move. I am also a fan of the included clamshell case

Great Kit, and great price
Purchased these incase I need them at work, well 5 months later I finally did. Had to replace an oil pressure sensor and need these sockets to make the job easier. The socket worked like a charm and Made the replacement painless.Used one of the O2 sensor sockets about a week later to replace a catalytic converter and it worked great.Highly recommend this kit

quality, value, trusted brand,
Nice complete set. For the price I paid, it’s a five star value considering lifetime warranty. It’s about 4 Star quality. All the sockets are CrV except the biggest which is Chrome Moly. Would have preferred all Chrome Moly. One of the openings/grooves cut into a socket wasn’t finished well. Had a sharp metal burr I had to grind off. Another socket opening for your ratchet anvil was functionally fine but showed some marks. While you can get an identical set elsewhere, it’s not lifetime warranty. On sockets like these that can break, GearWrench is absolutely worth it. Best deal I’ve found for the complete set which will cover most applications on just about any make and model from the past 20 years or so.

Its a good kit for 02 sensors but in my 2 time experience it's had me worried but it worked out
I have a 05 cadillac and tahoe. When I got the kit I had a caddy showing an 02 error, I got under the car and tried to remove. I was trying to break it free and could not as the sockets were opening up and causing me to strip the sensor bolt base. I did not have a torch at that time and just was worried I was about to make the issue more problematic. Now for our Tahoe, I got the upstream passenger side sensor, got a MAP torch setup to heat it up. I was able to get the sockets into the area, and tried to break it free. This sensor was original and I figured I'd need a torch. I was able to get the socket to turn about 1/2 turn but then it would lock up. Lots of PB Blaster and heat.... still wasn't giving me more range. Then I was able to force it a little more getting tired of this zone I couldn't move it. Probably was about 1 hr of that back and forth effort and it popped free but the threads on the sensor were gone. Buy yourself a thread chaser if you are looking at this. The sensor replacement says 35ftlbs so I can't say for sure it's the socket is opening up once you are putting some serious pressure on the socket. It may be just expect to use a torch and expect the sensor to strip out as you remove. I was able to get it out, the sensor edges of the base were rounded a fair amount which scared me considerably. Bottom line it has worked out. I guess after 2 sensor attempts I've got a better feel of what to expect and the time it takes to get these out.I hope this helps others trying to tackle this sort of job

Lots of options for pesky locations
In a perfect world, all one would need to remove an oxygen sensor would be a 7/8” box end wrench. In reality, engineers place them where they make sense without any thoughts of removal down the road. This set gives you several options to complete the task.

Great Set
My oil pressure sensor went on my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche and was looking to replace it and need a special socket to replace it. I was looking to buy just the socket for the oil pressure sensor but for the price of just the socket itself you are almost close to buying an entire kit. I was also looking to replace my 02 sensors in my truck so I thought buying the entire kit is the best option and most affordable. When I was looking at this kit, I couldn’t find what size of the sockets that the kit came with so I had to go the Gear Wrench website of find out. If anyone else is wondering what the kit comes with, I listed it below:- 1/2’’ Drive Oil Sensor Socket 1-3/16’’ (29mm)- 3/8’’Drive Slotted Socket for PVS, TVS. & 02 Socket (7/8”)- 1/2’’ Drive Thermal Sensor Socket 1-1/16’’- 3/8 Drive Oxygen Sensor Socket 7/8’’ (22mm)- 3/8’’ Drive Deep Oil Pressure Sending Socket 1-1/16’’- 1/2’’ Drive Oxygen Sensor Socket 7/8’’ (22mm)- 3/8’’ Drive Low Profile Offset Oxygen Sensor Socket 7/8’’ (22mm)Now you are only going to see at 7 different sockets listed and the kit comes with 8, I really didn’t understand because the picture shows 8 sockets but I didn’t know what the 8th socket was until it arrived. It was a mystery and didn’t know what they didn’t list it. When did it arrive, I immediately used the oil pressure sensor for my truck which worked perfectly. Now after going through the sockets the 8th socket is:- 3/8’’ Drive Short Access Socket 1-1/16’’ (For Some Chrysler Vehicles)Conclusion, I would say all the sockets are high quality and work well for the application. I would say for the price the set it great because it contains a common sockets for different applications. The case is great because everything stores nicely and is blow molded in case it’s dropped. I would recommend this to anyone!

Essential for modern cars
This is a fairly oddball set compared to normal sockets.Impact safe these are good sockets that make it much easier to get O2 sensors out of cars.
