Works with Korg NTS-1
Purchased specifically for use with the Korg NTS-1 synthesizer and a midi (DIN output) keyboard. I can confirm that this is indeed a Type A adaptor, and does work well with the Korg.A little expensive for what it is, but perfect for its intended use.

Bought for my Korg NTS-1 and Circuit Tracks
Works a great without issue. One thing with the NTS-1 to remember is that midi channels are from 0 to F so channel 0 on the NTS-1 is channel 1 on your controller.

Perfect for my Korg NTS-1.
Now I can use my MIDI keyboards using this cable. Not cheap but does the job as advertised. Shame Korg hadn't included it one with the NTS-1. Hopefully it'll be robust.
