Cramp-Z Leg Cramp Relief, 4 Fluid Ounce

I have terrible leg cramps. This is the only product I found that really works, Unfortunately, cannot find it anywhere. It is like the company disappeared. Too bad.

Love this stuff. It works fast, just spray on, rub it in. And within a few minutes your pain is starting to go away. Better then taking pills for relief I hate taking pills. Was buying this at Meijers for $16.00 plus tax, they quit carrying it. So looked on Amazon and found it a lot cheaper. So happy I did. It REALLY works!!! Highly recommend. I sometimes put it on before I go outside to work in the yard or garden, I always end up with pain in my legs during and after I've been out there working. Not with this since I started putting it on before I go out to work in the yard. I might have to reapply after 4 hours but I don't care IT WORKS!! and I can walk without pain. BIG PLUS for me. DISLIKE: Wish the price was lower do to you are only getting 4 ounces.

I used to get two to three bad leg cramps each night. With this product, I get relief most nights. I can go many nights without any let cramps at all. I would reccomend this product.

This product is very good. I find that it releases the tightness in my calfs and feet which allows me to have a good nights sleep. I also experience pins and needles along with the cramps I find this product to be very helpful. I have passed this information on to many people that have the same complaints. I went looking for this in CVS and Walgreens and they tell me that they never heard of it. These stores are in Natick, MA 01760. I just moved here from Worcester, MA. The Worcester stores carry this item plus the Hyland brand.

This stuff is amazing. My husband gets really bad leg cramps & when he sprays this on and rubs it in the cramp starts to subside...I've bought this 3 times & have recommended this to several people. He's tried others but this is the only one that works. Great stuff.

This spray has worked for me but takes a few minutes before it kicks in. They need to use a trigger bottle because the bottle they have now does not work well at all. I imagine they use this bottle because it cost them less. A Trigger bottle would get the stray to the effected area faster. This is my reason for the low review.

I think I have a magnesium deficiency because of some medications I take, because I get these bad cramps in the backs of my legs at night. Sometimes it feels like it's super deep. I used to walk them out, but sometimes it hurt so bad I could hardly walk. This stuff almost always works and works fast and it doesn't really have a smell at all. I spray it on before I go to bed now and it's really helped head off muscle cramps. The times I do get one, a few spritzes on the muscle and in just a few minutes the pain is going away.

I bought this product after hearing coworkers discuss it. I get painful leg and foot cramps quite often. Sometimes they will awaken me several times during one night. I've been applying this spray twice a day as a preventative and for a couple of weeks and have only had two very mild foot cramps that went away quickly. (I sprayed the cramping area as well.) I can only provide anecdotal evidence that this works; it may be the placebo effect. I don't know and I don't care as long as I see a positive effect.I spray it on my hand and rub it into the leg for those of you who object to a wide spray area as one reviewer did, although I don't find the spray to be that far-reaching. I just think massaging it in makes sense for me.
