This tea is great. The initial flavor is sort of like a forest. The mixture of green tea helps. The biggest shock I had was that I truly couldn't taste "sweet" anymore for about 3 hours after drinking it. This product could be a real game changer for me.

Taste good and definitely helps with blood sugar control. Recommend trying it.

I am using this tea to stabilize my glucose numbers and at 1 week and 3 cups of it a day, it is working quite well I am pleased. The only concern is that 3 cups a day means I can not wander far from the loo! This may remedy with more time, but I think a pill might be easier. I do feel full on fast days. Tastes very similar to Barley tea I had in Korea, but a bit more bitterness. Working

Taste is horrible

This tea taste fine. I'm not allergic to it which was a real concern since I have an allergy to any sulfa chemical chain. Most diabetic medications contain this chain. It is too soon to notice any blood sugar changes but will update if I see a change.

just didn't like

I will buy this tea again even though I’m not a fan of the taste. I’ve noticed I do not crave the sweets like I did before. I will continue to drink because it seems to work for me.
