The best pillow - had to return firm
Let me start by saying I had to return the firm pillow because even though the firmness was really nice, it didn't give enough for the thickness so it felt too tall between bed and head especially when side sleeping and began hurting my neck. HOWEVER the soft is perfect. Just the right depth and recoil makes for a perfect pillow!! Will be buying everyone one for Christmas!

Absolutely recommended
This pillow is super comfy, supportive, and stays cool all night. I’ve been using the pillow for a few weeks now, and I’m so glad I got this because it helped me sleep better. Absolutely recommend this!

Soft is more like a medium IMHO
High quality pillow. I’ve had latex pillows for 30 years now and I prefer a soft pillow because I don’t want the pillow to be so firm that my head feels propped up. I ordered the soft and after sleeping on it a few nights I would rate it closer to a medium.

Supportive but not lofted; sleeping better.It is actually a foam pillow! It is incased in a finely woven case & a beautifully quilted washable cover. The outer cover has a disappearing type zipper so you don’t even notice it has a zipper. Loving it!

THE SMELL IS STILL NOT AWAY AFTER A MONTH!
I love the pillow softness / firmness but the smell with not leave. Tried to return today because I decided to go back to my old pillow and too late by 2 days to return.

Small, but quality, no odor pillow. Firm.
I purchased this after experiencing neck problems from my other pillow. It does seem smaller than your average queen sized pillow, but does the trick.

Comfy to an extent
Sadly the order just wont go away :( it’s been a month and it’s still very strong & unpleasant when falling asleep.If it weren’t for that it would be a keeper for sure & 5 stars
