This is a cute little toy that works in a couple of different ways. Squeeze one foot and it plays some prerecorded songs and “dances” along. The other foot allows you to record a message that plays every time that foot is squeezed—-you just have to be careful not to squeeze it too long because that’s how you record a new message. It will also move and repeat what you say—the voice sounds a bit cartoon like-probably replicating something like the voice of the animated chipmunks. It is somewhat fragile because of the electronic components and the pom poms and other small decorations make this most suitable for older children, but little can enjoy it with supervision. It requires AAA batteries and the battery compartment secured with a tiny screw. Overall, this is a very cute novelty toy that performs as described.

Love this capibara singing toy, my little one is obsessed with the cute singing and dance moves. Very well made.
