HealthA2Z Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray | 50 mcg per Spray | 144 Sprays | 0.62 fl oz. (18.2mL)
I ordered the HealthA2Z® Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray | 50 mcg per Spray | 24 Hour Allergy Relief | 144 Sprays | 0.62 fl oz. (18.2mL). It arrived with the top shrink wrapped on to prevent tampering. I appreciate t when sellers take this extra step to make sure the product arrives safely. The product arrived with an expiration date that was nearly two years away. The product itself does not have as strong of a scent as every other version of this product I have used (there have been many). I was initially skeptical due to this however the product had performed well, perhaps even slightly better than the current Kirkland version I am using. Allergens can fluctuate from day to day so I am hesitant to say this beyond any doubt but I am please enough to continue using this during what is typically a bad allergen time for me. I will update if this changes. As far as value, at $18 it is significantly less expensive than the name brand version. It is however on the higher end of the generic price range. It is still competitively priced but just not the best bargain out there right now. But, it does seem effective, and the price is fair.

Works as Good as the Big Name Brand for Me
I’m not able to say all that I’d like about this nasal spray because of guidelines. So I’ll just say that I’m really happy to find that this fluticasone spray by HealthA2Z works just as well for me as the big brand name. I’ve been using this spray for a month, and my experience has been good with no negative effects. The spray arrived safety sealed and in good shape. The bottle is easy to operate and sprays an appropriate dose.

An OK non-warehouse store price for generic Fluticasone Propionate.
Compared to higher store brand regular prices at stores like Walgreens and Walmart that hover around $31 per ounce, this is a slightly better price at $28.95 per ounce. Then again, if you're a Costco member, you can the Kirkland brand for much cheaper per ounce: $7.41 for a box of 5 bottles ($22.99 total).I won't comment on the efficacy because that would be anecdotal evidence.Made in Canada. My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value!4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy.3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised.2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews!1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.

Worked as expected!
I use products like these frequently and found this product worked as good as a national chain brand I typically use. The bottle design is great and makes it easy to dispense the product as indicated.

Generic Version of Prescription Antihistamine
Fluticasone is the generic version of a popular antihistamine that was approved for sale without prescription in 2015. The formulation and use are the same as the original. Even so, you should not use this or any other medication without clearing it with your healthcare provider and following the directions. Depending on how often you use it, the amount in one bottle should last from one to two months. The expiration date on the package I received is almost two years out, in 2026, so it should be pretty fresh.

I Intend To Buy More
I regularly suffer from morning congestion, and I’ve tried different nasal sprays to help alleviate it. However, until I began using this product, I felt like I was fighting a losing battle. This nasal spray works within minutes to clear my passages and stop my runny nose. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and the spray leaves a pleasant smell in my nostrils. Pluse, it’s cheaper than other fluticasone propionate products on the market.I intend to buy more.

Just like the brand name
This is great as an affordable alt to the brand name. It works just the same! Try not to use it long-term as it's not intended for that and will cause rebound congestion even worse. I use it when I'm desperate for allergy nasal congestion relief.
