This CISAB cleansing gel is the first of this type of product that I have tried out and I find it to be pretty interesting. It's kind of surreal to put it onto my dry face and it feels really nice to working around my face. You then add water to emulsify and lather it and it becomes kind of milky white as it rinses off. Lots of good ingredients, a gentle mineral sea type smell, and my skin feels really nice after I rinse it off.My two critiques:-I feel like it's a bit tedious to put it on because you have to remember not to have already wet your face or hands yet. They give you the little scoop wand to help but there is nowhere to store that wand when the product is not in use.- I actually don't feel like it does an excellent job of removing makeup. The only makeup that I wear is non-waterproof eyeliner and non-waterproof mascara. I really have to work and rub at my eyes region to get the mascara to dissolve off with this and then I still feel like there is more retained product than my preferred other face washes.

I didn't have any sort of expectations for this. But I was pretty amazed by it. It's also so easy to use too! You don't even have to get your face wet first. It starts out like a gel and then turns more into an oil-like consistency. And it did a pretty good job of taking off my makeup. There's a good chance I will get this again when it runs out--I liked it that much!

This balm did an excellent job of liquifying my makeup and sunscreen during the first step of my dual-cleansing process - and I was able to achieve this with a minimal amount of product.The balm had a tick texture, yet was easy to spread across my face (the heat of my hands made it softer). I had success using this balm with just my hands, with an exfoliating brush, or with a massaging wand. It quickly loosened and dissolved any products I applied to my skin, and I was able to rinse it off of my face just as easily.Given the moisturizing ingredients of the balm, I've been hesitant to use it on my combination skin due to the potential of it being *too* moisturizing on some areas of my face. But this may be a plus for people with dry skin - and I'll definitely appreciate this benefit myself during the cooler seasons of the year.The balm had a fresh scent that wasn't very pronounced, and didn't cause any irritation to my skin or nose.

This cleansing gel balm is very good at removing makeup and leaving the skin feeling quite soft. it doesn't take too much, you use the little scoop (make sure your hands are dry) and apply the gel. start massaging it all over and then wet your hands to rub it in more. I then take a damp washcloth to remove it all and give my skin a bit more of a massage. I haven't had any skin irritation or issues with this gel balm. The scent is pretty nonexistent and the gel is cooling when applied.
