I, so far, cannot fault this adorable bedside lamp set.The value for money is self explanatory but the quality that you get for the value of money is wonderful.After scouring the usual home stores for simple elegant bedside lampshades to no avail I came to my trusted Amazon, to which I was not disappointed.Although I was apprehensive at the price and worried it would result in a cheap faulty set I was left pleasantly surprised by this purchase.It’s completely touch activated and has a tradition plug (so no charging/wireless which has been a nightmare in the past). The metal is a gold brushed effect and the lamp shades are simple beige.There are 3 light settings, the lowest being bright enough to read (not very dim) and the other two increase in brightness. Having both lamps on at the same time on the lowest setting does leave the room quite bright so I do have to have only one on at a time if I want a dimly lit ambiance.The only cons that may deter someone from these lamps are:1. The lowest light setting could be lower depending on your requirements/preferences for room ambiance.2. The cable and plug are black. I would have preferred them to be in white to blend in with the lighter decor however I luckily have them close to a wall so the are easily hidden, this may however pose a problem if you have the lamps situated in an area where the cable is visible.Over very happy, small things to consider, but quality and value for money are spot on!
