A fraction of what we were paying
I have always used these in our Mitsubishi/Trane ceiling cassette and can't really say if they make a difference or not but I had a mail order subscription with some company for over $40 per year until I found them on Amazon.

Not the fit I needed but.....
I needed longer filters for our unit but they are hard to find and really expensive so I bought 2 of these 2 packs and put them end to end which equaled the length I needed for a fraction of the cost.

correct size, a little thin
size fits floor unit, has plastic frame like original, but may be a tad thinner. It is less expensive than supply houses. Given the small size of these filters compared to overall size of each larger filer already installed, I fail to see how these help anyway? I took off one star for apparent thinness than original

FYI, these are washable
According to my HVAC guy, who's a mini-split specialist, these filters are anti-odor, anti-pollen, anti-smoke adsorbent (rather absorbent) filters. In other words, stuffs sticks to their fibers rather than being sucked into them. So don't buy new ones every time you need a clean filter. Whenever they look dirty, wash them out, let them dry for at least half an hour in direct sunlight to reset their adsorbent magic, and then snap them back into the main filter screen and you're good for however long you go between mini-split cleanings.I've had Mitsu mini-splits for over a decade and I replace these little filters only after years of use. The price here is much cheaper than what I've paid in the past.

Just like the Mitsubishi one without the high cost
We have three units that needed their filters replaced. Worked like a charm.
