Very uninteresting.
I'm not sure what the fuss is about. As a cheese lover, we picked this up at Costco to try something new. All I can say is what a disappointment and waste of money. If you like a bland very ordinary unexciting cheese and want to spend more than you would on a mild cheddar then go ahead and try it.

Incredibly rich and complex
I was introduced to this cheese while working on an assignment in London and, well, things just haven't been the same. This cheese is so incredibly rich and delicious. I've been having it crumbled on toast and melted for breakfast, as an accent on sandwiches at lunch, and in the afternoons with crackers and a glass of wine. It really is so good that it's hard to forget that it's in the refrigerator, just waiting for me. The next time I go to London I think I will bring an extra suitcase.

So after years of wondering what Lancashire cheese was like, I bought this fine product
For a few years, I have been making a Lancashire cheese and onion pie. It is delicious. The recipe calls for Lancashire cheese but says cheddar can be substituted. So after years of wondering what Lancashire cheese was like, I bought this fine product. It is delectable. I will be in Lancashire this coming May and plan to consume this whenever I encounter it. Sure, it's pricey, but good cheese is worth every penny.

and all four have been disappointed. Marketing gimmick if ever we saw one
What a bomb indeed. Bland and tasteless, four of us were looking forward to trying it, and all four have been disappointed.Marketing gimmick if ever we saw one.

Great cheese if you can afford i
We were first introduced to this product at Costco during the holidays and of course it was a special holiday event .We should have known better than to fall in love with a product purchased from Costco. We were so excited to find it on Amazon. Unfortunately the ball of cheese was miniscule when we received it. It is a tiny ball of cheese compared the ball purchased from Costco. Live and learn.
