Great way to add veggies into one’s diet
I love this book. We have made the pork dumpling (using zucchini as their “wrapper”) and they were amazing! We can’t wait to try more of the recipes in the book.I eat mostly paleo and am strictly gluten free and all these recipes are pretty easy to adapt if it uses something that doesn’t fit in those dietary plans.I have been a huge fan of Ali’s blog Inspiralized for a long time, but I was so excited to go beyond spiralized veggies and this book is perfect. This is great for people who eat clean and/or are looking to eat fewer carbs and/or looking to add more veggies in their diet. Cannot recommend this book enough!

The Only Healthy Cookbook You Need!
I’m a big fan of Ali Maffuci and her Inspiralized products that include her high-quality spiralizing machine and all her cookbooks. She generously shares even more recipes on her blog and on Instagram. Of all her cookbooks, Inspiralized & Beyond is my very favorite. I’ve already made 5 or 6 recipes from this book, all easy, delicious and healthy. Ali consistently comes up with clever ways to substitute veggies for wheat products, which I find helpful for my diet. Every dish is flavorful, texturally pleasing and satisfying. I highly recommend this cookbook. I believe it will become your favorite, too!

Brieftons 7-Blade Spiralizer is a winner!!
I just purchased the Briefton 7-Blade Spiralizer. This is my first spiralizer and I am not disappointed with this piece of equipment. I love it! It is lightweight and very easy to use. I have a formica counter top and the unit never moves once I engage the suction pad. Clean-up is a snap too. The different blades give you so many options and allow so much creativity. Each day I look forward to creating a meal that is not only healthy and delicious but looks beautiful too!

Best One Yet!
This is not my first book by Ali Maffucci (and hopefully will not be my last, please make another one! ) I love the set up of this book its easy to find recipes and little “cheat sheat” at the top letting you know if its paleo, GF, DF etc. As someone with food allergies this is amazing!! She also provides great tips and replacement options throughtout as well. Most of the items that the recipes call for, you already have on hand. You will NOT have to go seach 5 stores looking for an expensive rare item will only use once, this is one of the most practical but tastey cookbooks i have come aross.I do wish all the recipies had a picture (85% do have pictures) but its easy to search her blog and see if there is on there.

This is my first of Ali's cookbooks and I have to admit I flagged practically every page. I've only been able to try a few recipes so far but everything she created for this book is unique, flavorful, and most importantly, healthy! Some of the recipes are prep-heavy but there are plenty that are feasible for a weeknight. She also does a great job organizing the recipes and indexing them so they're easy to find based on the main ingredients- many of the recipes have a lot to them. Overall a worthwhile purchase!!

She does it again!
I have all 3 of Maffucci's cookbooks. I love them so much they are the only cookbooks I use. This one is much different than her first two, which focused mostly on spiralized and riced veggies. I like that this one has recipes with whole vegetables and vegetable cuts. It makes prep time MUCH quicker. The recipes are so creative...the cover recipe for instance..zucchini subs! Whodathunk?? But I made it and it was DELICIOUS! I find that this cookbook has more vegetarian meals than her other two, which is fine. I think all 3 cookbooks complement each other well...there is some overlap in recipes (or at least very similar recipes) among the 3, but overall these make a nice suite.

Awesome & innovative recipes!
I own all the insprialized books and love the new recipes! If you havent joined the Inspiralized train - what are you waiting for?! My only complaint is that there aren’t pictures of every recipe. It’s hard for amateur cooks to be able to really understand the recipe without a visual. I would love to see a picture (even if it’s small!) with every recipe next book!

Easy to follow recipes to up your veg intake
I recently purchased this cookbook as a way for my husband and i to find ways to get more vegetables into our diet. Its easy to follow, offers really great alternatives in each recipe of you dont have (or dont like) one of yhe veggies she uses, and contains all the nutritional info. Its super creative and everything we have made has been delicious (the potato toast with avocado and shaved egg is my new favorite breakfast!!!). One of the best cookbooks we own hands down.

Will not disappoint
Lovely cookbook. Easy to follow recipes. Ingredients that are readily available at most grocery stores. A twist on getting all your veggies in. Everything I’ve made so far has been delicious and turns out just as pictured in the cookbook

Excellent book with fantastic recipes
Excellent book with fantastic recipes. Well organized with easy recipes labeled. They also have many cooking videos and are available to answer questions. Amazing customer service as well.
