Perfect for people sensitive or allergic to fragrances. I have multiple allergies and eczema have to be careful even with shampoos and conditioners. I was pleased that this was available and thrilled to find a product with some science behind supporting fragile and thinning skin. Each part of the product and packing was well thought out. Easy to set up with the bathtub liner although after the first soak I found I did not need to be concerned about any remnant of blue tint lingering behind. I am definitely adding this to my beauty regimen and have recommended it within my autoimmune support groups for help with medically chronic dry skin. I think those with Sjogrens and Ehlers Danlos dry skin could really benefit from trying it.

I have been trying out various methylene blue products for skin care, and came upon this bath soak. They are in small paper bags that dissolve in the water, releasing the blue. Easy and convenient. I can't speak to their effectively, but they're easy to use, and I'm going to keep using them to see how it goes. They definitely will stain your tub blue, as well as your towels (mine are all white towels, so... it's noticeable, but not as intense as what it does to the tub). But, if you don't mind cleaning the stains out of the tub, and are curious about the skin benefits of methylene blue, I'd recommend giving them a try. They include plastic tub liners you can use to avoid the stain, but this seemed incredibly impractical, and potentially uncomfortable to lay in, for the tub. Perhaps if you're soaking just your feet or something, they would be good to use?
