I don’t really do reviews but I have been having issues at the gym with doing Barbell squats where my back would not keep straight. Even though I don’t do deadlifts, the belt has greatly helped improve my form with back stability.Also, it is made from thick material, so once locked in, it is locked in and will not loosen around your waist.Highly recommend!

I have been using this belt for the past few weeks to assist me in lifting heavier weights. I cannot fault the quality, the material used is firm and the metal for the strap is of excellent quality, i will keep you all posted in time. So far soo good!

It’s a nice wide belt. It offers support but still manages to remain quite supple. Thick powerlifting belts can dig in and cause pinches on the flesh. This won’t do that. It’s great as a travel belt for gym when you’re on holiday. It’s light and packs small. I couldn’t be taking my SBD belt on holiday so this is a good idea so I can still train with a belt when I’m away. It’s fastened quickly and feels secure when done up. The design looks simple and good and the materials and construction of it feel to be of a good standard. It’s all round a good second belt or general gym use belt. Best suited for travellers who gym on holiday.

When I ordered this belt it was £44.99 and at the time of writing the review it's £17.99. At £17.99 it's a good value for money purchase, however anyone buying it at £44.99 was paying massively over the odds.The quality is really high, it's easily adjusted and it's a good product overall, however with the price fluctuating so much, I feel the seller is not acting in a fair manner.

It's a great product as this belt provides durability and strength while I use it. It is easy to tie and I am happy with its design and comfort. The ordering process is easy and I received it on time. I would definitely recommend this belt.

This is a good quality well made weightlifting belt , not the widest at 4 inches support across the lower back when fastened, my usual belt is thicker but the buckle and strong locking system means you get a good secure fit when wearing and it does provide more support than initially thought.I like that you can take it off quickly and it's also really easy to put on and get a tight nut obviously not overly tight fit to give that extra support to the lumbar spine area when lifting above my head, or dead lifts and squats.It's got a good quality well made buckle , flexible part of the belt is easy to adjust and put through the buckle and fasten against the thicker part of the belt giving a really secure fit for peace of mind when lifting dumbbells.I like that it's lightweight too , not too heavy and cumbersome like some large leather belts and it's very quick to put on and take off too.With it being small and lightweight, compact when folded , this belt is easily carried in a gym bag to take to the gym too .
