Not hard to change.
Not much to add. This item works perfectly. Not a big deal to replace the item provided you are a little mechanically inclined and willing to take the chance to do the repair yourself. I have replaced these seals several times. I have the time to do it, therefore my time is cheap. If you have never replaced this seal before, consider how much your time is worth, and make the decision accordingly.

This seal was an exact replacement. Why would it get a rating any less than a Five?
With all the other pieces and parts to worry about, this was perfect.

Good pump seal.
I've been using this brand of seal for years. Just as good as ever. If you are a homeowner, be sure to install it properly. I've seen homeowners install them backwards and they won't work like that, also, be sure to keep the sealing surfaces clean.
