Strongbow Dark Fruit Cider Can 440 ml (Case of 10)

The only surprise is that it took so long for this to come on the market. Cider and blackcurrant has been a popular drink for far longer than I can remember, it was certainly being drunk in the 70s, when I first frequented public houses. Expensive bottles of fruit cider from outside UK have been available for some time. This particular canned cider combines a British and Irish favourite with pleasant blackberry and blackcurrant flavours. It doesn’t taste much like Strongbow does taste like a very pleasant fruit cider, easy to drink and refreshing. I’ve been a fan of Strongbow for years , only moving away from it when more sophisticated ciders came on the market.The 10 pack of cans was very good value, ideal for parties or fora casual gathering at home. If you like the taste of fruity ciders but don’t like the price, this is one for you.

Delicious and refreshing. This stuff isn't your ordinary cider. It tastes a bit like fizzy Ribena for adults. Normally I don't like fizzy fruity drinks (scrumpy, ale and wine for me usually) but this stuff's great. It's unusual and makes a change from the usual cans of cider. It's quite sweet but it isn't sickly. You can't even taste the alcohol so it can be a bit of a surprise after 5 cans to find the room's tilting! It'd be perfect served ice cold from the fridge on a hot summer's day.

I know there's meme after meme on the Internet slaying guys who drink dark fruits.I however would say we've just got good taste, it's a really refreshing beverage, best served chilled.Only thing I've found is like any cider it can be a bit fizzy if you have it straight out the can, I much prefer it out of a glass.

Excellent taste with these, very refreshing on a hot day if kept in the fridge/ ice bucket.However you can also drink multiple of these before going out with friends and enjoy each one.However if you leave the can for too long and it gets warm the 'dregs' at the bottom of the can isn't as nice.

It's fizzy and sweet not Kopperbearg or rekordling sweet but this is no high brow cider its for those that don't mind to guzzle these flavoured ciders in large amounts. Fridge pack is competitively priced and delivered to your door whilst u sleep by Amazon!
