Q: Will the skin actually peel?

Yes, especially if you keep it on longer. But be careful, don't burn your skin!

Q: Does this come with the fan brush for application?

No it doesn't. I used a cheapie brush from the art supply store instead of a more expensive makeup one.

Q: How often can i use it in between treatments?

Absolutely no more than once a month. 6-7 weeks is probably ideal. 70% is extremely powerful. Generally you want to do every 2 weeks for 20%, 3 for 30%, 4 for 40%...you get the idea.

Q: can i use this as a first time chemical peel? ive not had one belfore and wonder if 70% is too much?

I have the 30% and worked my way up to 50%. I would say don't get this as your first at home peel. Go lower
