NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL
The chair is fine but it came with an installation guide brochure. Had a tough time assembling the chair so I’m rating it 3 of out 5 due to inconvenience.

Faulty product sent
The product sent was faulty. I was not able to assemble second chair as the parts sent were wrong. I tried replacement, waited for good 10 days and no response from seller. So requested Amazon to refund my money which they promptly did.

Comes in loose condition
The product did not come with any instructions and we need to drill and fit which is not possible. Not easy to handle at all

Tilting ones
Not sure if it’s a manufacturing defect or the serices guy… but both the chairs are tilling based on two diagonal legs ! Very annoying!
