VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE DURABILITY OF THIS HOSE.
Bought this hose on May 24, 2017 and it sprung a leak yesterday July 24, 2017. Used this hose approximately 15 times. Never keep pressure on it as I use it to water my lawn with an oscillating sprinkler. Put it away never exposing it to the sun when not in use. Came out to the patio when I was watering my back lawn and there was water everywhere. It burst while water the lawn. I will try and contact the seller J. Millman and Sons for a refund, or a replacement. Will let everyone know what the result is.UPDATE. Could not get Millman and Sons to return my emails. Supposed to be the strongest expandable hose? Please I am out the cost of the hose. Do not purchase very disappointed.

Horrible product
This is not a reliable product. The first one popped (like a big water balloon) less than 2 months of minimal use. Amazon was nice enough to refund me the money and sent me a replacement, which again popped after 4 months. I followed instructions and always emptied the water hose after each use, and I only used it once a week to water the trees in the backyard. The hose itself also gets twisted very easily. The only good thing about this product is the nice quality nozzle. Other than that, it's not ready for prime time. The manufacturer needs to take it back to the factory and works out all the flaws instead of continuing to sell this half-baked garden hose.UPDATE 01/09/18: I contacted the seller who quickly gave me a refund without asking me to ship back the broken hose. 5 stars for both the seller and Amazon's excellent customer service.

Lasted two minute before it exploded.
This lasted exactly 2 minutes. I connected the hose as instructed, followed all of the directions precisely. I started using it, water was coming out of the sprayer which was pretty good actually. I stopped spraying, put the sprayer on the ground and noticed that half way down the hose a blister from the rubber inside the hose started coming thru the outer blue layer. Before I could turn the sprayer back on or even turn the water off, the aneurysm had gotten so large that it literally exploded. Useless, lasted less time than it took to connect it.

A really good hose.
Very good hose looks like it will last. Wife likes it for watering because it is much lighter than the old rubber hose and retracts to only a handful when done so can be easily hung on the included hanger, and it doesn't kink!!

Multiple leaks already!
Dissapointed! I enjoy all the features of this garden hose but mine sprung multiple leaks within 3 months. I expected this hose to last longer than 3 months since this is exactly what they claim in their product description:“Highest Quality3 layer latex core and 5000d fabric casing, combining with all solid brass fitting, ideal for those who are looking for strongest-durability hose that will not burst or leak with the highest level of water pressure.“

Loved the weight of it, but it didn't last long.
I loved this hose at 1st, because it was so light. I did not use it but about 4 times watering some new grass & 2 floral trees.order # 114-9654544-9706614. I wrote a letter to Amazon about a month ago. I could see not replacing it after being that long, but not more than I've used it, it should have lasted longer. It was just 50 ft. I put it in the garage for the winter. Took it out to use this year & it had a hole in it at the water hook-up. That was aggravating. I ordered a 75 ft one from some other place & even did some power washing in the back of my house & it has done fine. I was very disappointed about the 1st one.I am really not able to do that much work-so it took me forever to do the back of the house. I do it because my husband is disabled & I can't handle a heavy hose.

Looks beautiful out of the box; after that, not so much.
This hose has some good features: it's compact and easy to store, the connections are good and it doesn't leak, it comes with a spray nozzle and with a hook for storage. But the main drawback for us is that the surface snags on everything--imperfections in our deck, bark, branches on the ground, rock borders in your garden...and within just a couple of uses in our back yard and on our deck, the beautiful blue covering is snagged all over. Then the snags collect grass and bark as well as dirt. It still works fine; it just looks ratty, and it's still new. It's like it's not intended to be used out of doors.

Worked great One Time
The hose worked as stated - but only once. The hose really does expand and contract as stated. Both the outer and inner hose lining are fragile. The core should either be much thicker, or have a layer of Kevlar (R), Tritan (R), or at least polycarbonate. Some bicycle tires use Kevlar.I used it to water my water-efficient desert backyard which is over 90 cactus and agave including special specie such as large golden barrel, Argentine toothpick, and Saguaro; each of which have hundreds of razor sharp needles of 3 inches or more. The hose flow rate was good, the spray patterns were very good. However, when the hose lightly brushed one cactus needle it sprouted a large leak (near the middle of the 50 foot hose) and is no longer useful.
