I adore Tokage and all the SUMIKKOGURASHI line. (Make sure you get the original and not a look alike. There are lots of them out there. The tag will say "San-X Original") It's listed as 9 ", but it's more like 10" tall. A nice size to carry around or cuddle with on the couch.The fabric is so soft and plush. The filling is slightly squishable, but firm. It's sits up nicely. I love the stories that go with the characters. Tokage is a rare dinosaur that is pretending to be a lizard so it won't get captured. This version of Tokage is dressed like a bird! It's so fun! The bird costume does not come off in case you wondered. I love its little beak, wings and feet. The sweet, but shy face of Tokage still shows through and warms my heart.She has joined my first SUMIKKOGURASHI character, Mochi who is bigger and squishier. Their pastel colors look great together on my bed. The quality is so good and the characters endearing. Adults and children will love them. I know I will be adding more to my home.I was so glad it was packing inside a box for extra protection. Thank you for that.

Super adorable Sumikkogurashi Plush!
I obtained a lizard (actually a dinosaur) plush toy for my daughter, who loves Sumikkogurashi. Though it's 9 inches in size, the stuffing inside is incredibly dense, making it feel snug and very huggable. This plush toy is part of the Everyone Playing Birdies Series, where the Sumikkogurashi characters are dressed in bird costumes. The lizard, adorned in a fluffy bird costume, looks incredibly cute and my daughter is absolutely delighted with it. It's even more adorable than as seen in the photos!San-X is a well-known company in Japan, recognized for creating characters and manufacturing original products. Plush toys made by San-X are of high quality, providing me with reassurance and confidence in my purchase.
