Tomart's Price Guide to Hot Wheels: 1968 - 1996 Paperback – July 23, 2008

This book is an excellent reference guide. Just over priced by Amazon. Book gives you every year Hot Wheel made starting from 1968-1996. Lots of details provided as well as pictures. Of course prices don't reflect current market if that's what your looking for, but it is an excellent book in my opinion. Yes i would recommend this book to any Hot Wheel interesting to be collector. This is a 2008 1st Print Copy Book. hope this info helps.

I have rated it 4 Stars because the Catalogue was not covered with a plastic cover therefore it will always show some light creases on the front and back cover, maybe that it something that you guys can improve on and apply for future buyers.Kind regardsJoe

This book will cover 99 percent of the vehicles and variations. Not sure if the pricing is wholly on the dot. They seem optimistic. Regardless, as a book to identify and complete a collection, this is the book you want. I use valuations only as a general barometer. Generally, the market will sort itself out correctly. However, this book is essential to any collector. It breaks down and identifies the vehicles. I would recommend this one in conjunction with THE ELITE REDLINE GUIDE by Jack Clark.

I am using this book to help me value a 16 year personal collection that I must sell. While I need to sell as quickly as I can, I don't want to just give them away. I find that the descriptions are good and photos are great.The only negative that I have found so far is that it only lists individual cars, but doesn't list the multi car sets or collections. Hopefully volume 2 will list these.

A complete guide for review with many photographs for reference. A much needed reference for identification and pricing.

Very user friendly and informative. I am very glad I purchased but some cars are missing or hard to find so I would recomend getting this and Vol. 2 of course but look into some others to go with them.

If you are novice & need more info on the Redlines or just need little refreshing this is very nice book to add to your library or carry in your vehicle .........

Been using this for years and love it!

The spine of the book was damaged so I had the spine removed and put into binder. My Dad was a bit upset about it because he is a die hard collector and likes to keep his things original, not to mention they are not the cheapest magazine. He is making due with what he got.

Book binding damaged and pages folded looks like some one else enjoyed this supposedly "new" book
