I have one of these for my coffee shop. I loved it so much, I decided to install this at my house for glassware and bottles. I absolutely love it. It rinses out glasses and bottles quickly and easily, with a strong force that fully jets into all areas of the cup. These glass rinsers are a game changer! It's so easy to use by simply turning the cup upside down and pressing down. The water is forceful and quickly rinses.This glass rinser does the job well, and is so easy to use! The install was fairly quick and came with all needed parts.I love time saving devices, and this glass rinser takes up so little space. I feel like it has actually saved me time and water, because I have so many bottles I hand wash. Now I just give them a quick rinse and ready to re-use the bottle. I also find myself rinsing out the same cup, drinking from the same cup, when switching what drink I'm having, other than water. Before, I used to get a new glass for different drink and my dishwasher top rack would be full of glasses within a couple days.This is such a fun and useful device that works well and takes up no space! I’ll be honest, this was purchased on a whim. I’m just tired of all the tiny brushes and special tools to clean water bottles that clutter my kitchen. We have four active kids. We are downing in water bottles. This rinser is a GAME.CHANGER.We took out a built-in soap dispenser in our sink and installed this into the existing hole. We hooked it up to our hot water supply and that was it! Quick, easy, and effective! When you place a water bottle on top, it sprays water all the way to the tippy-top of the cup and cleans everything to perfection. The stainless steel base at the bottom means the water drains easily back into the sink and is quick to clean.Bonus: my kids are now using this rinser to clean cups before they load them in the dishwasher (Gasp!) They are doing it because the sprayer is fun and easy to use. I call that WINNING.I honestly don’t know how I lived without this handy item and will sing its praises to anyone and everyone who comes into my kitchen. AMAZING!

We have a bad habit in our house of not liking to reuse cups that have sat out for any period of time. This really helps us be able to easily wash a glass and re-use it vs. get a new one. It is very sturdy and a good quality product, and comes with everything you need to use it.

he installation was pretty straightforward, though it took me a bit longer because of the limited space under my sink. But once it was all set up, it worked like a charm. The stainless steel with a brushed nickel finish looks sleek and fits in well with the rest of our kitchen.The best part? My kids love using it to wash their own cups now—it's become their little "fun" chore! It’s super convenient, especially for those quick rinses in between full washes. Perfect for home use and would be great in a café or bar setting too. Highly recommend!

Nice product packaging, item itself is clearly stainless steel & of substantial weight, all other parts feel like they’re also made from quality material.What I love most though is that it comes with everything you need for install - gaskets, mounting plate **and** even the inlet T! They also included a pamphlet (not shown in pics) that had a diagram & simple how-to instructions, making the install even easier. No trip to big box stores necessary, woohoo!As you can see from my pics, I ordered this slightly ahead of time, to be sure it was here before the (hopeful!) finish of my kitchen reno project this weekend. Heeding comments from another reviewer about the small struggle they had installing from under the sink — I took advantage of my current almost-too-easy access, having the sink out. :))Will report back if it does *not* perform as expected in any way after I get it fully operational.
