This product is extremely effective from the very first dose. It gives me so much focus and energy. It has a nice taste and is just overall effective for getting me up off the couch and keeping me productive. I’m a single mom of 3 teenage boys so it’s quite easy to get overwhelmed with housework and keeping up with their energy. I literally cannot recommend this enough. I’ll never be without it.

I have been using this product for over a year. The efficacy is subtle but when I ran out and missed it for three weeks I sure noticed not having it. The mental clarity, focus and energy are the best qualities this folated B-12 helps me to get through the day. I’m over 60 and will not stop taking this and other supplements.

Nice supplement that is easy to swallow. I'd buy this brand again as it has no issues and seems to work for me.

Didn’t think I would feel the difference but here I am feeling so much better and complete with raising my folic acid. Energy is up and Concentration is better. I wish it came in liquid but without flavors so I have to suck it up and take pills made with rice flour. Could come in a bigger bottle though

I like this supplement however I also very much need b6. I'll check to see if they have one with b6 in the formula.

I started giving this to my autistic daughter. We do see a change. Again it’s hard to know to what extent this is helping but we feel it does help with her being more regulated and using more words. I caution to say it’s a miracle thing but I do think it helps overall and you really can’t go wrong with this supplement. We spoke to her doctor about it and she also thinks it’s a good one to take. We are already on our second bottle.

I like the convention and ease of use of the item. I got this to try for my autistic son and he actually can endure the taste. He's not a usual fan of my tinctures. In the case my son has severe ADHD and this is not work for him. We are in the market of trying to find some more holistic ways of handling his autism and ADHD besides taking Ritalin. This is not the product for severe ADHD. So I cannot attest to what it would be like for someone with regular ADHD.
