Love it
Love my bench. Love the versatility it offers. It was incredibly easy to put together. The price can’t be beat! It’s very sturdy, I use it for step ups as well.

High cost performance, complete functions, compact and convenient
The media could not be loaded. I have had this product for a month because of an infectious disease. I became very careful and almost never went to the gym. What attracted me to it at first was its price. It really turns me on. I'm lucky I found it. It's not that expensive. And I can get enough exercise equipment for my body. It's very light. It's a big highlight when you're done. I can fold it up and put it in the corner. That saves me space. I know a lot of small home exercise chairs can't adjust the seat Angle, but it can. As often as I do. It also works on many different parts of your body, so you can easily adjust your back position. The bottom is pretty solid. But some of the support bars are short. If you can, make it a little longer to make it perfect. In short, the overall design is very clean and concise, worthy of everyone to recommend it.

Somewhat disappointed
Update: My feelings on the bench are the same but I should add that their customer service did reach out to me based on my review. They offered several suggestions to improve my satisfaction so I will add they do care about their customers.I bought the Gray bench with "additional lumbar support". There are a few things to like about this bench but overall I am disappointed. I looked at quite a few benches and regretfully I still ended up less than satisfied.Pros: Easy to assemble, convenient to move around and store, affordable price, good height (I needed a 16-17" height), easy to adjust the incline/decline, fairly stable for someone my size and weight (5'6").Cons: Thin plastic covering that doesn't look like it will hold up over time. I am afraid to put my feet on the bench because the plastic will tear. Virtually no padding - its very hard. Not for larger lifters - I am a 5'6" female and I don't know how anyone larger than me could use the bench. In addition I paid extra for the middle "lumbar" support and that section must be a marketing ploy because its flat and hard as a brick giving no support whatsoever. It would be a big hassle to return it so I will make do until it falls apart. Unless you are on the small side and the above mentioned Pros are your priority I don't recommend. I would not buy again - next time I will pay more and get a more substantial bench with better padding.

Great budget bench
For something that is only $120 you're really getting your money's worth. This bench seems to be good quality, and versatile. My only 3 complaints are that the instructions aren't super clear what screws are which, the head rest could be a bit longer before needing to extend it. However I am happy that it extends. And that I don't really understand the purpose of the padded preacher curl station/back extension laying completely flat

Great bench for the price
I just assembled the bench and used it for the first time. So far I’m very happy with it. It was well packaged, easy to assemble, and seems sturdy.

Servicable bench, with some definite issues
For the price, this is an ok bench, that will hopefully last me through the pandemic. I originally bought the larger Flybird bench, but at 21" high, it was unusable, so I returned it and bough this one instead. Neither is great - a combo of the two could be great (for the price, at least). This one is 17" high, and so is good for me at 5'10", and my wife, at 5'8".The adjustment for back and seat angle are pretty clumsy (especially the seat, which is downright annoying). Importantly, the feet are NOT 15" wide, as stated in the listing (picture w/ dimensions). Maybe they would be if I got the bevelled rubber ends. But mine are square and thin, and the feet with rubber ends measure 12-3/8". Which makes this a pretty unstable bench - I would not be comfortable without my feet on the ground (decline press, etc.). 15" feet would have solved that, I think.Furthermore: the lumbar pad is completely pointless. In flat position, it is dead even with the rest of the back, providing zero additional support. Which is ok (if lame), except the extra gap makes certain exercises slightly awkward.Other minor concerns: 1) The bracket that supports the seat seems quite flimsy - so far it is holding up though. 2) In flat position, if I sit on the head-end of the bench, it dips down, and the middle pivot of the bench rises up a 1/2" or so with a clunk (yes, I have the pin in the main pivot) - annoying but I can deal with that. 3) The back and seat are too small - totally usable, but not ideal.Overall, this thing is definitely doing the trick so far though. Hopefully it will hold up for a while.

Very versatile
Very easy to assemble, good quality and tools included if you’re lacking any.Structurally sound and sturdy under my weight of 175lbs minus the weight I’m using. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Good Value
like the headline, its a good value for your money (unless the prices get crazy on amazon obvi). the supports under the actual bench ends are spaced well so the edges aren't super unsupported like some others so hoping it speaks for longevity there. the rest seems sturdy so far (a few weeks in), I chose this model over their others for the style of the feet, I felt would be more stable and it is good. It folds up nicely which is what I needed as we are in an apartment currently, very useful. One down side if it matters for you there's only one decline angle for the back part and the back support part might be annoying there if you're not the right height. It fits for me, I'm at their suggested height on the page.

The seat!!!
The only thing I did not like about this bench is they made the seat I think partly out of wood. Started using it it was fine but God forbid I had to adjust with at least 102 pounds in my hands at the time and kind of almost broke the seat. Heard it cracking when I was on one butt cheek. And I’m 320 pounds on my own. But everything else is solid.
