The media could not be loaded. Car dried with so many spots. Used a pressure washer for washing and rinsing. Even have a water softener before the deionizer. Very disappointing.

I am very pleased with this purchase. It is definitely a value for the money. I was able to wash my car without towel drying and risking scratching it. The quality craftsmanship is outstanding. The directions are not the best but once i got the hang of it I breezed right through it and the setup takes a little time but well worth it.

I received the filter today.My water normally has 287 ppm, picture #1.I ran the water thru the filter about 10 min.Then I measured. the ppm dropped to 153, picture #2.When new, I expect the filter to reduce ppm to close to 0 ppm.This filter media seems to be not as good as claim.Update.The manufacturer contacted me and offered credit.Raising review to 3 stars.

Very good product, I have been purchasing his car wash system and resin I really like the newly released bypass function, but it requires some force to activate it I'm satisfied.
