Hi there. I’ve been buying this for a few years direct from Timeless in the USA. The box is never sealed however the bottle should have a clear film over the pipette/top of bottle. It’s a clear liquid. Yes it should have a MFG date and a LOT date on the box. I’ve purchased from Amazon and has 100% been genuine.
