Works well. Needs adjusting occasionally, but easy to do.
This is easy to apply and worked very well when I developed knee bursitis from an injury. It definitely stabilized my knee and I was able to function all day. I am on my feet all day and this was basically a lifesaver. If you carefully follow the instructions you will learn how to put it on and after that it is quite simple. I think it is comfortable but it can feel too restrictive a little painful, and if a little too tight you can easily develop swelling. I also worried about vein compression that could result in deep vein thrombosis. I strongly recommend taking it off if you’re not going to be walking around much. It’s not terribly simple to adjust with it still on but it’s not difficult either. I would say it takes some practice and getting used to. But I think it’s worth the effort. I would buy it again.

Just what my knee needed.
In December, I slipped on ice and injured my knee. I wasn't able to walk down my stairs to get to the doctor for a month. When I did go, an MRI showed that I'd broken my tibia and torn my meniscus. I was gradually getting better with no treatment, but my knee felt unstable, and I didn't trust it. I was very afraid of falling again, and once was enough. I started PT, and my doctor said that a brace might be useful as they tend to make you more aware of the position of you injury as it relates to what you're doing. This brace is very comfortable, and it does make be feel that my knee is safer to walk on with then without it. It's 4 months on now, and I still use the brace for hikes and longer walks.

Really Good!
I strained my knee while working out a month or so ago. I've tried 4 different compression sleeves and this one is by far the best one. I think it's the patella support bands that criss cross the front that help me so much. It is heavy and gives adequate compression. It does slide and bunch up a little bit, but it does stay up well, especially while I'm working out. Because of the bunching, behind my knee gets a little sore from it rubbing if I wear it for extended periods. Of the 4 I've tried this one is definitely my favorite and the most well made. I wear it during and after my workouts and it seems to really be helping since I started. If i'm just doing things around the house, I've been choosing one of the lighter weight sleeves because of the chaffing issue. Overall, it's really good for the price and I recommend it.

Lighter weight than expected but not a bad product
Sadly I am a bit of an expert with braces as I've suffered through 8 patella dislocations between both of my knees. I picked this up because I liked the design. It is certainly comfortable and doesn't ride up or down as some others have done. The only drawback for me....and it really isn't fair since it is as advertised...is that this brace is a bit 'light' for me. I would prefer that it be made from a heavier fabric or perhaps neoprene. Having said that however, it is very comfortable and does offer enough support to keep me mindful of my balance which is definitely helpful.

Great fit.
Ordered the small first but after wearing all day it was a little tight for circulation. So ordered medium. Both are great. Works well when running or if I need to wear it during the day under skinny jeans or clothes. The small showed under skinny jeans because it was so tight. I have runner legs. So the medium looks way better. I haven’t had to wash them yet...so I don’t know how they hold up over time after washing... but i imagine they will last longer if you wash them without fabric softener and let them air dry - don’t put them in the dryer. I ha e some high end leggings and the company recommends those washing instructions and the leggings are practically indestructible - so I’m going to use that method when I need to wash the knee supports.

Husband's RA
I ordered this for my husband to use because of his sever pain with RA. He says it seems to help, unfortunately with he amount off pain he is is all the time it is hard to tell how helpful this would be for others with RA. The fact that he does where it at work. He is a (RN). Which means he is walking and bending all the time lets me know that it must stay on well or he would have gave up on it by now. The compression affect of the brace does seem to help with some swelling also. I would like to say it has helped relieve some pain/swelling; Of course we know there is not a miracle cure all for RA, but this product is worth a shot and it is good quality.

Size runs small
My review is not based upon extensive use of this brace - solely upon wearing it around the house for a few hours to determine if the size was acceptable. My thigh measurement was 16" (perhaps 16.5"), clearly within the range of "Medium" size, though at the higher end. Based upon wearing in the house and walking around (not exercising) my lower leg started to feel numb. Clearly I need the Large size. Some have suggested buying two sizes and returning the one that doesn't fit. The other observation is that the velcro gives incredibly strong connection. It is actually kind of hard to take off. Before putting it on I had to unwrap the straps and while doing that it almost felt like I was going to rip off the velcro that was "power-connected" to the brace. All that said, if it fit well, I think that this would have been a pretty good brace for exercising, running, and walking.
