I bought this for my brother the worst thing ever, it sticks out about 1/2 from the ear every one see could see it a mile away, you can’t adjust them, they squeal so bad while in your ear it hurts your ear, he doesn’t live close to me so I don’t have time to return them such a waste of money I can’t afford to lose

Well, this worked great while it lasted. Unfortunately, that was only about three weeks until it completely stopped amplifying. Fully charged and then nothing. Very, very disappointing.

Just to clarify, this is a hearing amplifier not a hearing aid tuned to an individual prescription. In that regard, it is what you would expect at this price ... it makes sound louder. The quality is below average compared to others I have tested. Feedback squealing is average.Comes with charger and cable (some do not), but it does not have a charging rate/level readout.Is it noise cancelling? No ... it makes all sound louder whether voices or noise.Amazon finally took down the fake reviews that ran on this item for almost 2 months.For me it's 3 Stars.
