İt's vu meter showes the level in block movements. which is very slow to me. I have to get yoused to it after VU analog meters. Digital and analog recordings are perfect, I was waiting and dreaming this recorder for years, and finaly I got it from my London trip. I am very happy and its Teac.

Good (and rare!) equipment
I found it difficult to buy a CD recorder - obviously they are not much used these days.; But this one does all I wanted, and does it very well.
