Anna-Kaci Womens Oversized Gatsby Hand Beaded Fringed Sequin Evening Shawl Wrap

North Dakota in December can be a bit chilly, thus I was looking for something that would deter frost bite between the car and the building enterance while blending well enough with the roaring 20s theme of a party we were attending.I didn't want to spend a fortune. This piece was inexpensive enough to purchase for the annual repeal prohibition party, even if it wasn't useable with anything else, without being costume-ish.I was delighted to see that what I received exceeded my expectations. There's some weight to this bad boy without being bulky or overly heavy. It also was versatile enough to pair with many other outfits. Score!Important details - the shawl is designed to drape over the shoulders definitively - with seams outlining the neck and shoukder placement. The front has no closure and there are no sleeves, it truly drapes and stays in place. Though one could stitch a "sleeve" and/or add a pin/button, it is not needed. I never found myself wrestling to pull it back on or needing to adjust it due to slippage. I put it on and it stayed.I got the black - which had both sequins and beading sewn on and a fringe edge. With arms out to the side at shoulder height, the shawl lays rectangularly. It falls about mid-thigh on my 5'2" frame. Sizing is very much one size fits most, though hanging fabric length with vary based on stature.I received many compliments and found it to be better than expected both in looks and quality. While it certainly is not designed for protection from severe weather, it did block the wind well enough for me to walk through the doors looking period correct without freezing!I would definitely recommend picking up this shawl if you're in the market for a good looking, good quality, not too expensive cover-up.

I just LOVE this shawl! I was worried that it would be cheaply made and look like it too because of the low price--I was so wrong! I'm so glad I found it! The black beads and sequins all over it, the amount of sparkle and shine, the beautiful silken fringe, the great size of it, the amount of work involved, the careful design and the craftsmanship make this shawl worth twice the price at least! (If fact, I've seen lesser shawls for much much more than this beauty.) It is such a simple garment but it makes anything you wear it with look super special. I am pairing it with a totally plain black dress, a choker necklace, long black evening gloves and a feather headpiece to attend a Gatsby New Year's Eve party in NYC. I will be perfectly and elegantly dressed!

I wore this to a party that asked for "flapper" style clothes. I don't have a "flapper figure," to wear any sort of 20's style dress, so I opted to wear this over black velvet pants and top. It looked amazing. By way of overkill, I fastened it at the top with a Christmasy Eisenberg Ice Brooch. Whenever the light hit it, the reflection was like one of the lazer pattern Christmas light displays. My only complaint is that all of the fringe wasn't cut, so rather than being fringe it was a loop which caught on everything. My next thing is to cut all of them in half. If I went to more dressy events, I would certainly buy more in different colors.. I'm not sure what sizes it was offered in, but I got the one that was smaller than I wear normally (4X) It works just fine for me, and it is designe so that it stays put on my shoulders, so i really didn't need the brooch to keep it on.

Loved it! I was in search of something to wear for a 1920s Gatsby Gala & was having a hard time finding something that was flowly & not sleeveless & then I found this beauty.... it’s perfect. Not too thin or shear. Beading & design are beautiful. Nice & thick material. The material doesn’t not feel cheap at all. I will be wearing it for more occasions bc I simply fell inlove. It’s definitely worth the price for how well the quality is

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and beauty of this shawl. From the picture I thought the pattern was only stamped, but it is beaded all throughout as well. It is heavy so that you feel you are wearing a substantial garment not a flimsy piece of fabric. The only downside is the way the fringes fall. They are not a single string each; they are loops. That means they will get caught on absolutely everything! I got stuck on a chair, door handle, someone else’s purse, and even on the Christmas tree almost bringing it down!I was a danger, but I looked great!

This wrap is beautiful and worked perfect with a white dress I had selected for an evening out. Price is quite the bargin. I haven't washed it, yet. However, I will probably hand-wash and hang or lay flat. Generous in size. Feels quite elegant. LOVED the first one so much, I just bought another one in another color.

Ordered the black and silver. Sizing is nice, I am a large person and this will still cover my upper torso just fine. I thought some of the pattern was printed on the shawl, but it is all sequins and beading, and a generous amount. The sequins are more of a flat silver that super shiny which gives it plenty of sparkle without being over the top.Fringe is good quality, and the seams seem sturdy enough. Really pleased with the purchase

This looked very cheap in person - sequins & very stiff fabric.The fringe was already pretty messed up.I was confused as to what it was / didn't realize it was this item when I opened it.I returned without even trying on.

Bought this item for my auntie who is insistent on having a cockney knees-up party for her 90th party! Couldn’t find anything in fancy dress sellers for the pearly king and queen look she wanted, so ordered this and a flapper type dress, also heavily beaded and sequinned. She is absolutely delighted with both items, dress fits like a glove (the lady still has the figure of a 30 year old!) and the shawl finishes the look fabulously. Items well made, and not expensive for the quality and for such a wonderful ‘one off’ event. Thank you. 😁

A must have timeless piece to have in the wardrobe, something that will be worn every now and then at anytime of the year

This is a glamorous garment. I just found it a bit on the heavy side, due to all the sequins, but it looks stunning
