I began by putting a round tablespoon in my coffee and found that it made my more cupa an irresistible, hearty, healthy treat. My morning coffee is then whipped into a latte style using grass fed butter (don't wince - we love ice cream and many of us use rich cream in our coffee) - butter (UNSALTED) is that good. Then I add 2 Tablespoons of high grade coconut oil and the super yummy Warrior Strong Collagen Bone Broth and blend. I sip it all morning long (chugging would really be an overload). I usually finish it up by noon and am ready for a good balanced lunch. I have needed any other food. My coffee mix has everything I need to nourish me and keep me from food craving. I've always lost hair when I wash it- pretty normal- but it's significantly less this month. Yay!
