Multifunctional easy to use, portable and very stable telescopic ladder
The media could not be loaded. How often do you go up a ladder empty handed? You want a stronger ladder. This one you can have two people on. It extends and extends some more. The only thing I don't like about this ladder is that when extended, the rungs are slim. Other than that, this thing is great and I'm happy that I got it.Adjusting the ladder 🪜 which is 16.5 ft is super easy! In fact I had it in a bunch of them, to see how well it did. It's not a wall hugger. It isn't bad when extended a bit. I finished putting some wood board on a small roof extension on a deck I built and also finish a roof on the detached garage this amazing ladder went all the way up I felt secure on it all of the time. It didn't wobble and gripped to the dirt not even cement but it did very well.Oh is very portable as big as it is and heavy moving this ladder is a piece of cake, it has wheels so you can move freely anywhere, so many good things about it, so well constructed and multifunctional.I did purchase this one for the different adjustments it could make. I wanted the most out of it, that I could get. Even a quick plank scaffold (plank extra). Good for dicing tree branches. Also, adjusting it for the stairs, is a cinch. My brother in law has one of those TV store foldable ladders and he struggles to get it in the stair position. I just pulled this and that and was ready in seconds, best ladder I ever bought and I had buy so many but this won my heart.

Very nice ladder
Great product! Really like it. Very easy to use and store. Good stability and stiffness. Will mention a couple of minuses: 1) (very) big first step onto the ladder; 2) stability hooks at top of ladder are small--ladder would be much more useful if they were large enough to extend beyond a gutter (I ended up buying another product to enable this with this ladder); 3) A bit on the heavy side, but it's probably a worthwhile tradeoff with better stability and stiffness.

Good Telescoping ladder but realize that telescoping ladders are tricky
Made of high-quality materials. Lightweight and heavy-duty. If you have worked with telescoping ladders before then you will like this one. If you a new to telescoping ladders realize these things are not "friendly". Sort of like using a jackhammer...works great but don't expect it to be easy. The instructions were minimal. They also made a couple of jokes which was a pleasant suprise. The pictures were small so that's the big reason why this didn't get five stars. Look very carefully at the pictures on Amazon and always add that bottom cross bar. Install all 3 sets of "things", a set of black rubber feet, a set of orange rubber feet and two wheels. Make sure to mount them in the correct orientation...the wheels should face you when the ladder is "open". The orange should be towards the back where they hit the ground when the ladder is up. Installing those was difficult. A hammer or other wacking device will be needed. Make sure the are oriented properly...there is a handed-ness. Practice raising and lower the ladder. You will pinch your fingers even if you are careful. Seriously, practice opening and closing the ladder at least five times. Curse Wolec but keep doing that until you figure out how to do it without bodily harm.I want to emphasize that for telescoping ladders, these are pretty decent. I would buy them again. Its just you should appreciate that it does require some amount of skill to operate them. You can't beat telescoping ladders for their convenience but there is a learning curve. One final warning on those top hooks. They need to "snap in". In other words, once they are put in you shouldn't be able to just pull them out without pressing the release. If you can take them out without pressing the release, you need to rotate and adjust until they click in.

Easy for one person to handle
I have used my 20 footer several times now. It does take some getting use to but I am very pleased with it. Easy for one person to transport, carry, and deploy. Nothing I would change about it.

Stable but with severe ladder flex and long distance between lower rungs.
Packed well and easy assembly. Watch an internet video as instructions are a bit slack. The 20’ is easy to extend and retract. No more dangerous to your fingers than a typical extension ladder. About the same weight too. 40 lbs or so. The roller wheels are very convenient for maneuvering the ladder around. When fully extended the ladder flex is SEVERE. Will be unnerving for many. Didn’t feel unsafe or that it would fail, and I was at the top for a good hour. When fully extended the upper rungs are literally 2” from the wall, giving little working space. When partially extended, the bottom rungs are a big distance apart. You can try to stagger them, which helps some. In the picture, that first step is 24” to the next. And 19” to the one above that. At end of the day these are probably great at the 12’ height but we’re likely going to stick with extension ladders for the higher work due to rung spacing.

Wow
I have been though 3 telescoping ladders. Returned 2 because they didn't have the features they said they did. In the course of this I have gone hands on with three of these. Of the first two, one was flimsy, one obviously stronger, better built. This third try is a $@&# beast. This thing is strong, well designed, got wheels and stabilizers and hooks you can actually depend on. They are twice the heft of the others I handled. I write reviews about once in 5 years and only when a product is exceptional. This one is.
