Evie Long Wallet with Chain

I’ve had this clutch for about a week. I use it daily. For everyday use I took the chain off and added a wristlet strap from another coach bag I have. When going out I added the chain and wrapped it around the flap twice to make it more of a hand bag. I have also tried it with a crossbody strap I have from another coach bag that will work well to be hands free at festivals or a day out shopping. I can put my iPhone and car fob in it without a problem. For the zippered pocket I have a business card holder with the cards I don’t use regularly like insurance cards and such. The card slots are perfect for debit cards/credit cards you use all the time. My only complaint is the slots are not visible when you open the flap if you are holding the bag. If it’s used as a cross body then when you open it you can see the cards because the slots are on the same side as the front snap. Not a problem, just not what I’m used to. My last coach bag lasted 8 years with daily use and this bag is made even better so I’m expecting to get years of use out of it. The leather is so soft. The magnetic snap is nice because it makes it so easy to line the snap up without having to look for it. Even my mother in law gave me a compliment on it and she doesn’t give out compliments freely.

This is a beautifully executed long wallet. As one reviewer noted, it's slim but spacious enough to carry most of your needs. The black leather is sleek and silky. The wallet opens with a flap, with a magnetic letter C snapping the wallet shut securely. The chain is meant to be worn on the shoulder, crossbody, or can be removed altogether to use the wallet as a clutch. There is an open slip pocket on the back. Inside is a main compartment with the coach emblem, a zippered pocket running the length of the wallet, and six card slots. The design is lovely and efficient. The wallet bears the trademark Coach tag in leather. I must carry some bulky items when I'm out and about, so when I use this bag, I will leave off the chain and carry the wallet in a tote. But this is truly a wonderful wallet, and would make a terrific gift. The gift recipient would be very happy. Clearly, I recommend. Thank you for the opportunity to review this item.

Very cute purse but definitely not worth the money. The leather is stiff and feels like plastic. It’s so stiff you can hardly open the flap to get anything out. Also the back pocket is useless. It’s so tight you can’t put anything in it. Disappointed and I returned it.

Yes, this is a wallet. But it functions more like a bag since much of the stuff you need can fit in the wallet. The wallet has a magnetic closure. On the inside there are card slots and full sized zippered pocket for cash or coins. The main compartment is huge for a wallet. It's fit your phone, a lipstick, even airpods. There's also a full sized slot at the back of the wallet. It has a nice and heavy cross-body chain. And best of all, the wallet is made is nice, soft leather Coach is known for. There's a metal Coach "C" logo in front. There's also a little trinket on the side, also with the coach log on it. This wallet will not disappoint.

This black leather wallet is very nice. I use it for more of a going out clutch purse than a wallet. It’s nicely sized for a wallet but for me it’s a perfect clutch bag. It easily holds all the necessities for a night out. The quality is definitely what you would expect from a Coach bag. Beautiful high quality black leather with a sturdy gold chain that is easily removed. The closure is magnetic and closes easily. Definitely a beautiful accessory for my wardrobe and I would highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful small bag/wallet. The leather and chain are great. It fits my phone, a couple cards in the card slots, a small 10ml perfume and lip gloss. I’m planning to use it for travel. I’m giving 4 stars because of packaging. The outside coach poly bag was ripped and it was just thrown in a box for delivery. Not the kind of packaging I expect for a Coach handbag. I will say that I did get this at a good sale price, but wouldn’t pay full price for it because imo it’s not worth it.

I initially expected a narrow wallet, but this is actually fairly wide and perfectly fits everything I need for an evening out. It fits my phone, cash and change and a couple cards and my ID, exactly what I need when I'm out. The leather feels heavy and sturdy so I don't worry about it breaking down. Same with the chain and it's long enough to wear as a crossbody bag. The magnetic clasp seals well and everything in constructed to perfection. Overally I strongly recommend this bag for a date night if you're looking for something to carry what you need while being chic and not bulky.
