I added two new strings of these Addlon LED Outdoor String Lights for my recent backyard remodel. The 2200° K color temperature (very warm) is a perfect match to an existing set I bought years ago at my local Costco; the cables are different but similar enough in appearance that it's not noticeable.This particular set is listed as 24' long, which consists of 12 bulb sockets on 2' centers, the plug end has 1' of cord at each end. The other set, also from Addlon, is listed as 27' long and has a 4' cord from the plug end to the first socket with everything else being the same. I started with this shorter set, to keep the standard 2' light spacing with the original set and used the longer set at the transition into the larger, 10'x14' gazebo where I didn't want the lights to start until I got inside on the ceiling.I used 1/16" wire ropes to support the light strings and a separate power feed cable between the patio and grill gazebo and between the grill gazebo and the 'big' gazebo. When installing, I recommend you remove all the light bulbs and put them out of the way - they may be shatterproof, but they could get easily scratched, cracked, or broken if handled over rough or hard surfaces. Each string comes with two spare bulbs and black zip ties for installation.PROs-* Cable is nice and 'flexy' - easy to untangle and install in a straight line.* Bulb color temp was what I wanted* Nice that Addlon offers different length options depending on how you want to connect the strings.* Provide a "nice" amount of light, neither overly bright nor overly dim.* Zip ties and 2 extra bulbs are includedCONs-* Not sure this is really a CON, but there's no ground wire. The existing set had a 3-prong plug/pass-through and a ground wire.* Plug and pass-through receptacle are kinda bulky and aren't weatherproof. I will probably cut them off and replace with weatherproof connectors.

I was clinking and clanking them together as I was setting them up with no worries of them shattering. They also came with cable ties which made installation a breeze. I have a small patio but still had to use an extension cord to get the exact placement of the bulbs where I wanted. However, they are expandable so you can attach multiple sets.They are well made with the cord being quite thick, so it’s very suitable for outdoors. They give off a nice amount of light which gives me a sense of security on really dark nights. I recommend these string lights for some outdoor fun.Earns 5 stars because they really will add nice ambiance to any outdoor area at a fair price (under $25 at time of purchase).

I am liking these solar lights. They are attractive & create a peaceful atmosphere. I like that the bulbs are plastic, rather than glass. I really have not used the remote control feature, as I like my solar lights to stay on as long as possible into the night.

The “addlon 56FT (50+6) Solar String Lights for Outside G50 Waterproof with USB Port Solar Patio Lights Outdoor Solar Powered LED Bulbs 3 Light Modes for Backyard Porch Garden Market Bistro Camping” is very simple to set up. The bulbs and wires seem sturdy and strong. One review said they were for short-term use (90 days). I read the manual twice and found nothing referring to a short term uses product, so I have no idea where they came up with that. The lights I received are very nice and should hold up for a long time. The modes are limited to on-off, fade, and blinking, which is good for me. I will only use the on and off mode.

We have one corner of our yard that is pitch black at night and is too far for any outlet to reach.This was easy to brighten up at night. We have it set to auto on at dusk so we have tucked away the remote. So for the past few weeks, it has been running well. It does not last the whole night despite a full day's worth of sun, it lasts from around 8pm to 2-3am.

I put these outside on a cloudy evening for a few hours and it was charged and ready by night time! I with the lights were closer together and that there were more but i love them anyway!

I love the atmosphere that these create. Bright enough to socialize but not so bright as to ruin the feeling. I mounted the solar panel on a post and the lights around the inside perimeter of the roof. Right about the time I think, hey its getting dark, the lights come on. They last most of the night (at least in the summer time. I dont know how much of a charge they will get in the winter)I just leave it on auto and have not really used the remote.

Love these lights. They are a great value. The warmness of the light output is perfect. The plastic bulb (instead of glass) is wonderful. The socket accepts standard bulbs in case you want to put your own colored bulbs in for Holidays. You can see the old-fashioned looking yellow filament inside the bulb during the day and when the sun hits them it almost looks like they are illuminated. They even supply 2 extra bulbs. You can also string multiple sets end-to-end, which is what i did (see picture)
