I struggle a LOT with pillows. We moved houses eight months ago and I have been through probably four different pillow styles since that time. I always think I want a thick memory foam pillow, but those give me neck cramps. So I bought a memory foam pillow with a semicircle cut out for my shoulder because I’m a side sleeper. I wound up with my head in the cutout every night. I tried a down pillow. Too soft and fluffy, no substance to it. This pillow (2.75”) is perfect for me. Not too thick, does not hurt my neck at all. Not fluffy, offers plenty of support while still very comfortable. The only issue I have is that it is so thin that it constantly slips out of the standard pillowcase I’m using. So I just ordered a zippered cotton pillowcase. Soon nirvana will be reached. These are priced very reasonably and are a great value for the cost. Side note: I just discovered my autistic 14 year old trying to build a “quillow” from his current pillow and a quilt his grandmother made for him. After some intensive troubleshooting, I found that he’s not happy with his pillow, either. I had him try mine (this one) and he loves it too. Win/win!

I’m a side sleeper and it’s hard to find a comfortable pillow. Too firm makes my neck stiff, too fluffy doesn’t offer enough support. This pillow is perfect - plush and soft but offers great support, thick enough that it doesn’t feel like your head is on the mattress but thin enough that your neck rests in a natural position. It also stays very cool. Love this pillow!

I have two rescue cats unaccustomed to the finer things in life. They’ve never slept on beds I bought, but prefer floors, shelves, etc. One promptly made this his bed. I got two sleeps on it first and what I was trying to do was adjust to a new memory foam mattress (ugh). Your body sinks down more than your head and my regular pillow was giving me a neck ache. This was too thin. So it worked out the cat likes it. It is thin but it seems nice pillow. Just didn’t work for my need. I’d probably need two, but not going to try stacking as I’m an athletic sleeper and I toss around all night.

Love this thing. Stays cool all night, when it warms up just flip it over. It’s very flexible and folds in half easy. Plenty big enough and very comfortable. I have been using it for a long time now and it’s holding up strong. Would buy again!

I’m really impressed with this pillow. It strikes a great balance—soft yet supportive—so I never feel like I’m sinking or “bottoming out.” The included zippered cover has a smooth, cool-to-the-touch feel. However, it's not as soft on my face as some more cotton-like covers I've tried. I ordered two pillows, and unfortunately, one had a serious issue. It came wrapped with a sticky tape that was applied directly to the pillow surface, leaving residue and making it unusable. The second pillow was perfectly fine, which makes me wonder if the flawed one was a return or packaging error. Also worth noting: both pillows had a strong chemical odor upon arrival. I understand that some foam products have this off-gassing, but it was more noticeable than with other pillows I’ve used. I haven’t been able to use them yet because of the smell, but I’m hoping it dissipates with time. I’ll update my review once I know more.

I was looking for a thin, but supportive, pillow. This one does the job! Very pleased.

This pillow is the perfect thickness & the cooling side actually is cool. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no give in this pillow. The first night that I slept on it I had it on the cooling side & woke up the next morning with a stiff neck & a headache. The next night I used the non-cooling side & had the same issue. I woke up during the night with neck pain & used my old pillow. After switching back to my old pillow for a few nights I tried this one again. Once again I woke up with neck pain & a headache. I was really hoping that I’d love this pillow but sadly I’m going to have to return it.

This is great quality and love that it actually cools as it states. Many pillows claim to cool but this one is perfect. Sometimes you get an odor with foam pillows which is normal. This one didn't and I liked not having to wait weeks for a smell to sbside. It comes packaged airtight so it takes a couple of hours to extend. It comes with directions on how to help fluff the pillow and what to do if you do have that foam odor. This is a thin pillow which I was looking for but others may not. I know thin pillows keep our necks in natural alignment which helps our sleep.

Flimsy pillow. Not even the cover advertised. Weighs about one once... not the same look at all from the advertised picture. This pillow is worth about 10$ at my local store. Or they made a mistake or it's a MAJOR scam.
