I received the product the same day I ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised with the packaging for the price paid. It came well packaged. It was almost fully charged but I did charge it 10 minutes as stated in the easy to follow instructions that came with the product. It was very easy to connect my phone to the product. I was able to connect my iHeart radio app with no problems. I was able to listen to my music. Clear, crisp, sound from my device. I then had my daughter call me and again, the sound was clear and crisp. I just have to practice using the buttons for volume control, pause, etc. I was getting confused with what button was for what and which side. It is clearly stated in instructions but I couldn't remember. I've had the product 2 days and in those 2 days I have enjoyed owning it. I play my music and take my phone calls regularly. I have not had any problems. The charge has lasted, haven't had to charge it since I received it. I love the color black. It is a shiny black. It's a good weight, not too heavy or bulky. They are comfortable in my ears and stay put. They come with three different sizes for your ear canal. Also comes with charging cable. Has everything you need at an affordable price. It also comes with a wonderful warranty. They stand behind there products once you register them online.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for something comparable to the $100 plus price tag of other similar products! You can't beat the price and all the features, quality, warranty of this one product!

Needed headset with secure to the ears and decent sound. This set fits well, comfortable, lightweight and decent timed usage (about 7hrs each). Recharges fast and the display helps informing amount of charge. Voice prompts assists with low power, and incoming call notifications.... well worth the price!

There are many things I love about these wireless earbuds and I will mention several, however, personally it is the fit that is over-the-top wonderful for me. At 72 years old, I have tried a ton of earbuds in various styles over the years and none have been small enough to fit me well. The type that do not go into the ear at all were the best I had found (and those are also TAGRY brand--the type where they hang over the ears with a piece in front of the ear hole. Those were pretty great for me for wireless earbuds, but only if I wasn't too physically active because the ear hook would come off and the whole unit would fall.These TAGRY X88 wireless sports earbuds have three sets of cushions that fit on the ear pieces that insert just inside the ears. At firtst I thought I received one installed cushion pair and two backup pairs, but do know that there are three sizes (see my photos). I actually got the medium ones (that were initially installed to fit with some firm pushing. Once I realized there was a smaller pair and tried them, ahhhh, so much better!Next-- Instructions say charge the earbuds up the very first thing. That step completed, I installed them on myself, picked up my smart phone and opened the Bluetooth. There they were, listed at X88. I tapped X88, heard the voice advise "paired" and I was all set--so easy!If there was any challenge I had with these earbuds, it was opening the storage/charging case, which sounds silly, but it's true. If that happens to you, know that it opens on the side of the charging percentage screen. Just put your thumb on the front of the screen and gently push up. (the C charging port is on the opposite side of the case.As important as being able to keep the earbuds on is great sound and I'm listening to a Mariah Carey Chritmas mix as I type and it sounds fabulous to my ears-what a joy!Let's see, what else? They are waterproof! They hold a charge for up to 10 hours off the charging unit (and 8 hours with case).More about charging:The earbuds remind you wit5uth a voice prompt when the battery is getting lows and you will hear "Low battery please chart" when you have less than 15 minutes battery left. After you hear that four times, if you ignore it, then it says "power off" on the fifth time and it shuts down totally.Great service, too! The earbuds cane dat after I ordered them. The warranty cannot be beat and I see it is the same as the other sets of TAGRY earbuds I have (that don't fit inside the ear at all). See photo.
