The bike was packed very well and had no damage. I am impressed with the quality of Freesky bikes. This bike is very comfortable to ride and easy to get on and off with step through. It comes with a very heavy duty rack, nice full fenders and bright front & rear lights. Fat tires and full suspension make it ride so nice. The 20 amp battery gives it awesome range! We rode 20 miles yesterday and battery still showed full. I added cell phone holder and used 6 inch lightning charge cord plugged between display pad and phone to keep at full charge. Also purchased a rack bag for goodies that makes bike great for lunch or getting groceries etc. There are four mounting screws on front frame neck that a second basket or rack could be mounted. This bike is a great cargo bike. It is also powerful and fast. Awesome bike for the price!

The bike was easy to assemble and the battery came charged. It's big , beautiful and rides like you're on a magic carpet. Very smooth and comfortable with power to spare. The Disc brakes make it stop on a dime and will give you 9 cents back. Lol We added a quality front aluminum basket as well as a rear rack and saddle bags for trips to the store and library. We also have a bicycle trailer for 2 grandkids that I can pull as well with no loss of power. Its a very well made ebike. I looked at several different brands but, this bike won my confidence with persevered craftsmanship and attention to details. I was an engineer and a HDR mechanic/welder. The welds on the entire frame are a thing of beauty. ( Look hard .. it's welded not molded) LoL

Bought this so my wife could have a step through to replace her other bike. Quality of product is excellent. Easy assembly. Lots of get up and go. So comfortable I’m getting one to replace mine.

These bikes are top quality, super easy to build, and the customer service team is excellent. We bought two wildcats, and had to return one, due to the fact that it was way too big for my girlfriend. They made it so easy for us to replace it with a Rocky pro. Now we are very happy FREESKY riders. These bikes are solid, fast, and easy to ride. We have not yet challenged the battery life, but they seem more than powerful enough for an all day ride. Highly recommended

Came nicely packaged with no damage to the bike. Comes with everything but a horn to warn reg bikes on the road that you are about to pass them! Plenty of power for my wife who now goes up steep hills faster than I do with my AWD Ebike with 2000 watts of power. The paint job is top-notch, and the quality and sturdiness of the make of the bike is unparalleled to anything I have seen, especially any bike under $3000.Would recommend, would by again. I own 7 Ebikes, and this might be the best one yet, it fits my 5' 4" (175cm) nicely and appears to be the 1st bike she has been on that she can easily stop and stand upright while waiting for a light to turn green. I ordered ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CKRS6QB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 ) adjustable stem to the handlebar and turned it towards the seat and raised it up on a 45-degree angle and the handlebars are now is a comfortable beach cruiser position instead of being bent over with your back she can sit more upright. I had to do this for my sister-in-law whose hands were going numb with the factory position, but now she loves her Aventon bike. I also used it on my own bike, but because I'm 6' 3", mine is almost straight up but still pointed back at me so I also can keep my back upright, and not bent over. The handlebars are 31.8 mm and the stem is 28.6 mm. The manufacturer intends for the adjustable stem to point forward for actual mountain bike applications, but for e-bikes going down the street on a Saturday, it's more comfortable pointed backward toward the rider.

I have been wanting an eBike for years, and this one has surpassed my expectations. I knew that I was going to have to shell out some bucks to get a decent one, and this one fell within the top end of my price range (but definitely worth every penny). I used to be an avid runner, but had to quit because years of 30-40 miles/week had taken a toll on my body. I let myself get out of shape, and figured that having a little extra help to get up up those hills will keep me from getting discouraged as I adopt riding as a fun activity to work my way back towards fitness again.There was a small glitch when I went to checkout on this purchase. I saw that this seller had a $200 coupon, but when I tried to apply it towards my total, it just didn’t work. I contacted the seller, and they responded faster than I expected. They reassured me that they would make sure that the $200 (+ tax) would be refunded to my credit card. Within a few days, it had showed up in my account. Their swift and courteous attention to this matter gave me a good feeling about their commitment to customer service.When the bike arrived a few days later, it was very well packaged, and in perfect condition. I have to say, it’s also a more sturdy, solid-built machine than I expected. The owner’s manual and online videos made it very easy to complete the final assembly. The operating instructions were also very clear and accurate.My first test ride was a blast! I started out with the pedal assist set to level 1, and the motor kicked in within the first couple rotations of the crankshaft. I also discovered that how quickly the motor kicks in is one of the many customized settings that can be adjusted on the controller. I got a good workout, but was going much faster than I otherwise could have on my own, which made it a lot more fun (better than I expected)! I look forward to many more hours exploring the bike trails this summer on this beautiful machine!!!

Dès que j’ai retiré ce vélo de sa boîte, j’ai trouvé une brindille d’herbe sous le pied du vélo. L’aile arrière était légèrement déformée. Lors de l’assemblage, il manquait les deux visses pour sécuriser l’aile avant. Je m’en suis procuré dans une quincaillerie pour 6,50$. L’aile touchait au pneu avant j’ai donc, contrairement à la vidéo d’assemblage, dû l’attacher du même côté que le phare. Après les premiers 40 km, le vélo affichait toujours 100% pour la batterie toutefois, celle-ci possède son propre indicateur du niveau de charge. La batterie n’était pas à 100%. La solution était d’ajuster les paramètres elle devait être à 52 plutôt qu’à 48 volts. Une fois tout cela fait, il m’est devenue impossible de démarrer le vélo à l’aide du code. Je n’en comprend toujours pas la raison. Freesky mon fait connaître la solution qui était d’utiliser la carte NFC pour le démarrage. Cela a fonctionné mais j’ai dû, à nouveau, passer de mph á km/h et remettre à 52v plutôt que 48. Freesky est une compagnie chinoise et vous devez vous attendre à des difficultés. L’excellent service après vente m’a été très utile et le vélo offre un confort inégalé.
