Too many shortcomings
I very much wanted to like this Yocuby Bluetooth.Pros:It looks nice, I LOVE how the earbuds can retract into the housing AND the housing folds into itself for compact storage. Add to that the awesome caring pouch ... I also like the Volume Up/Down buttons and the switch to change between earbuds and external speaker. I only used the Yocuby for a few hours, without charging it first, so it appears to be capable of long play/standby time.Cons:While the bluetooth paired very easily with my Note 8, the external speaker sound is far too soft and the earbuds are both too soft in sound as well as ... lacking in sound vibrance. I mean, they sound OK yet most of the dynamic range missing in them - I dont think I've had a wired earbud under $20 with dynamic range as poor as these. They sound good for phone calls and audio books (although, as I mentioned, they need to allow higher volume) while significantly lacking for listening to music.Oh, did I say they were good for phone calls? I meant that the earbuds were acceptable for me to hear the other caller. Unfortunately, people I called had a lot of difficulty hearing me, even when I was in my Living Room where no other sounds were present. This is with my phone about 2 feet from the Yocuby ):These are specifically, marketed as being noise cancelling as opposed to noise reducing. I have owned multiple Bose noise cancelling headsets where there is a very distinct difference in sound once the headsets are turned on - an effect completely independant of any noise reduction from merely placing the headsets over my ears. This Yocuby never sounded like any noise cancelling was active. The only thing I noticed was noise reduction once I inserted the earbuds snugly into my ears. The unit tended to shift almost sideways around my neck while I was active. At first I thought it was due to my jacket being open to one side of my body/neck, yet even without the jacket this Yocuby would shift to an almost sideways position. It also fit loosely around my neck. I've never had one of these neck units before, I'm hoping this is not normal...With very sad reluctance, I am returning it.Because this is not good service for me .I am talking with anybody when Bluetooth sound is not good .

Works well and even has built in speakers!
These headphones work well! They have some noise canceling as they create a pretty good seal inside the ear blocking outside sounds. But it is not true noise canceling. The audio quality is good for this price range. The cord for the ear peaces could be a little longer as they are just ling enough to reach your ears but at least they don't hang too long which could cause it to snag on things. I did not realize that these have build in speakers which to me his a nice bonus as it can be used a loud speaker or cheap bluetooth speakers. Speaking of Bluetooth I had absolutely not problems pairing these headphones with my android phone and the range was very good. I could leave my phone on my desk and walk 300+ feet way in the warehouse and didn't lose the connection.

Poor Design!
I bought this item about 6 months ago. I love the speakers for listening to music at work. Some people complained about the speaker or call volume being too low, just turn your phone volume up. I have had complaints of people not being able to hear me on the other end of a phone call. The construction/design of these headphones were not well thought out. Yes, they tried to make the neck area "one size fits all", but for females, it's too big. The headphones will just slowly rotate around your neck until they fall off. The folding part just broke recently after sliding off of my neck. The plastic is not durable... so it will break easily. The band needs to have a gripping mechanism/ridges instead of a slippery rubber material. I don't see a warranty from the seller... so I guess I'll just have to super glue the folding piece back together again.

No Talk Button?
This could be unique to my phone, however, I am NOT able to initiate a call "hands-free" as its advertised when using this product.Scenario: Driving or otherwise not able to fumble with my phone.I should be able to tap the Multi-Function Button in order to trigger hands-free operation of my phone. No Siri, No Cortana.1. This is a functional complaint. The MFB pauses/plays iHeart Radio, but that's it so far. This unit fails because of the unification of functions with their MFB(IMO). There's either no "Push to talk" button or I missed it/something. I wish that I paid closer attention, however, I wouldn't have thought that a bluetooth wouldn't operate in that way for me (a button press for initializing a hands-free call).2. This is an ergonomic complaint. This device feels more like a collar than a device that I can comfortable wear around my neck. It's like I'm wearing the "letter C" rather than something that "waterfalls" over my clavicle to follow the natural contour of my shoulders. Then ear buds don't retract all the way without multiple attempts. It works fine, however, it doesn't do what I need. Two Stars for my personal experience. I can't recommend it.

Works Great...For About 1 Year
It lasted about a year of everyday use before areas on the sides started to crack and break apart. Now the left earbud won't keep itself retracted, it just reels itself back in. Overall the audio still works and for the price I paid it was reasonable, I just wish there was a way to fix the retractability of the earbuds.

Good Value
I bought these headphones for work in a warehouse. Sound quality is lacking on some low signals. The best thing that the headphones offer is instant connectivity to bluetooth without all the tapping through the apps to get connected. Love the included Yocuby Case as im able to track my headphones easily. Durable case and no problems with the headphones as ive been using on a daily bases at work for about 2 months. Keeps charged the whole shift and able to take calls during listening to music. Very practical device. Not sure if good for sports activity as headphones are loose around the neck if wearing a single collerless shirt. Overall, im very satisfied and would give these a five rating except for the sound could use room for improvement.
