Kennel is great and looks good. I thought it was a lot of work putting it together but it looks perfect in the living room.

Fantastic. Looks awesome. Works great for just keeping dogs apart at feeding time. It goes better with two people for assembly.

The media could not be loaded. My video shows 4 of the issues that I have the other issue is hard to photograph or video since it’s on the bottom of the unit in the back and I cannot move the unit myself.We had waited to make a decision on a kennel for quite some time and then finally we pulled the trigger and got this one. The directions were very difficult because all it was was a picture booklet. No wording whatsoever! This took my husband over two days to put together and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing things and putting things together.Pieces that are damaged the top, # 7, 16 and 18.1. The middle drawer will not open and shut properly because the top piece is warped. As in the video, you have to push down on the drawer and push or pull. Not the easiest option but the only option we have.2. The right hanging door has a crack on the top in the middle. Unfortunately it’s in the front so I can’t hide it.3. The main piece in the front that supports the actual track was cracked and damaged so while putting it together, it made it worse. The only way we could fix it was with some L brackets and glue.4. The main piece on the bottom that supports the unit in the back also had a crack. When he went to pick the part up, it literally broke in half. Not a whole lot we could do with that since the unit was mostly put together and having to use glue and L brackets, taking it apart, was not an option. If we could’ve, we would have taken it apart and returned it!5. The divider is supposed to be adjustable. The only way you can adjust it is by removing the two screws in the front and in the back which means the whole unit has to be moved. It is not described as being that difficult and we really wanted the option to remove the divider.You have to check the parts very closely when you receive the unit because the cracks are very fine and easy to overlook. Because this is made out of pressed wood, it doesn’t take much to finish the job once the crack has started. This was not the most expensive item, nor was it the cheapest, but it was the one we liked best that would suit our needs. The fact that it already shows damage is very disappointing and I can only pray that the measures taken by my husband will be enough to keep it together. If I had the option to get the replacement parts, I guess I would’ve done so. Now we are stuck Because we can’t return the item.I gave the item 1 star, which may be too many, but the unit itself fits perfectly. Would have been a been a great purchase except for all the damage and issues. Very, very, very disappointed.

we got our new puppy in November and I immediately wanted a crate in the house that did not look like a wired box in the corner. I absolutely loved the look of this piece. When it was shipped to us, there the bottom piece was cracked. We did not return it because my husband is very handy and was able to fix it.I loved how the bars were actually metal, but my boxer does have separation anxiety and was able to chew the paint off the bars pretty quickly, as well as accidents were happening in the crate even with pee pads, which made the crate smell like urine. No matter how much we cleaned it, we were not able to get the smell out. Because my husband is so handy, we took the bottom half out and replaced it with a plastic travel crate that can be easily wiped out and kept the top.

Honestly I was pretty hesitant to purchase this based on the reviews. But it turned out to be a well made peice of furniture. It took me a few hours to put it together but and it was all worth it.The dogs love it I only wish the bottom (the part that the dogs lay on) was a different material . More of a pee pee friendly material.But it's still super great. You need to take your time assembling if not your final product will be jacked up.

This product far exceeds my expectations. It was some work putting it together. The directions were very clear helpful and simple.I would recommend it to anyone who wants a stylist piece of furniture.

They need better instructions, and the video does help, but it would be better if it were slower and more up-close shots. Do not turn over the item, if you are the only person building it, until you are almost finished with it. The video shows the person turning over the item in the middle of the process and doing so by myself caused a lot of problems during the build. It took me six hours to build it by myself. There are tons of pieces and tons of hardware. It looks very nice when finished, and fits my two small dogs. I would give it 5 stars if the build wasnt so long. I also don't think it would fit two dogs weighing more than 35 pounds or more each.
