I normally wear a 3X and I bought the largest size and it is VERY snug, Hard to get on but was super cute under dress once I managed to squeeze my roundness in the garment 😊

This basic compression material slip is thick enough to smooth out your body rolls and slightly pull in the tummy. But it does slim down and smooth out my body for dresses. I am not sure what size to recommend as I am a small-medium, but some loose material interferes with the smooth look. And it is longer than the picture as I am 5'2 and 122 lbs. so I cannot wear it with mini dresses. But the slip stays in place and does not roll up. The smaller size might be too tight and restrictive for the legs to move around. I may have to try it, but it was not cheap and it may still be too long. The removable strap options allow the slip to be worn with many tops.

Comfortable and versatile

It does what it’s intended for. The shapewear smoothed out the look of the dress be great for any of the times I’m bloated. It was hard for me to get on but shapewear is meant to be tight so it can tuck everything in so that is to be expected. It was the right size and I’m a size small. I think next time I will get one that only goes under the chest because if you are small chested it does flatten them down like a sports bra will.
