Unfortunately I had to return this item as although the seat itself was lovely and seemed to fit well, the fixings to attach it to the sanitary ware did NOT fit our standard Armitage Shanks sanitary ware. The fixing units would not go through the standard holes which were too small to fit the fixings through. I am not destroying the whole unit by trying to grind out the porcelain so, very sadly, this had to be returned. There were no indications in the descriptions that would have made this defect apparent before purchase.It seemed easy to clean but did not seem as sturdy as our previous wooden seat as there is only a fairly thin amount of plastic and quite a build up of plastic to the rubber stoppers leaving a largely unsupported gap between.We loved the design on this one and it was even better than the picture shows.I did not feel that it would have lasted as well as our previous (broken) seat though which has done its duty for over eight years!Sadly, I am back to trawling for a seat design we like which will fit in that room and our sanitary ware now.

Great picture on the seat and cover,but poor quality seat material very thin.

This toilet was fitted with ease and within 3 days it became wonky. Tightened the screws and same thing has happened. I wouldn't mind but it's not a cheap seat. I don't consider a toilet seat that moves around whilst you're sitting on it to be comfortable. Bad performance although it is soft closing, which I guess is one plus, hence one star

Sehr schöner WC Sitz. Ich bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden, meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Montage war sehr einfach.

Gute Qualität und schnell geliefert. Wir konnten es ganz bequem ohne Komplikationen montieren. Lässt sich gut reinigen. 👍

Tolles Design, gute Funktion leicht zu reinigen dank Schnellverschluß.Material etwas dünn.

Sieht schön aus aber das war es dann auch schon.Druck am Sitz schon abgeplatzt nach zweimal benutzen.Sehr klapprig,rutscht schon nach 3 Tagen hin und her und die Absenkautomatik ist zwar funktional aber kurz vor dem Auflegen des Deckels auf die Brille ist es laut und nicht geräuschlos wie bei anderen Herstellern.Schade um s Geld.Werde bei Holzsitzen bleiben.Sind bequemer und hochwertiger für s gleiche Geld.
