Felt is a textile that is produced by matting, condensing and pressing fibers together. This material is commonly used for filtration applications, gaskets, wipers, and padding in a wide variety of industries. It is also recommended for sound deadening, chassis strips, spacers, dust shields, pedal pads, and dash liners. 3mm or (in other terms) 1/8th of an inch thick, this felt has also proved to be suitable for fashionable outlets such as tote bags.
