Loved the case being flexible, BUT it stopped working after less than a week. The external battery will charge, but it will not charge the phone.

I received this case on Tuesday 6/26/2018 and it has already broke. the connector to my iPhone that would charge my phone has broken off. I do not recommend this case due to it being hard to connect your phone to the connector inside the case as well as the weight. DO NOT BUY!!!! Spend an extra 10 dollars and get a better case!! I have bought numerous battery cases and never had this happen to me at all!!

I bought this for a trip in which I was a leader of my students and I wanted to make sure I had power in case of an emergency. I had no trouble charging the case or having the case charge my phone the first time. This is the second time I’m trying to use it and it isn’t charging with the cord. I tried different cords, outlets, and wall charger and nothing is making the lights flash to indicate that it is charging. I scoured the reviews to make sure I wasn’t wasting my money, but it looks like I ended up wasting my money. I am not pleased to say the least.

After several months of use, I'm really pleased with this case. I can charge my phone about 1.5 time with the case and have had no issues with it at all. It has a nice grippy rubber finish and retains the phone well (phone in case and case in hand). It charges using the factory Apple Lighting cable and you don't need to do anything special to charge both the phone and case; just plug the case in. The case charge is indicted by a colored light in the power button (red= <33%, blue=33-66%, green=>66%). It isn't precise but it is good enough to know when you are running low. Of the 3-4 battery cases that I've tried, this one is the best and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

It’s not working anymore. It worked for a while then just quit. I am returning it back. Will never purchase from this company again since battery cases don’t last. They are very cheaply made and only last for so long then they stop charging.

This case worked fine for about three weeks, but then it stopped charging. When I removed the case I discovered that the connector had broken off completely. Luckily I was able to remove it from my phone, but I’m very disappointed. This is not a good product.

First off I don’t know about the other reviews but this case is awesome! The case is made from that soft hard rubber feeling durable plastic that the elago cases use, it feels very nice to the hand. It does add a few mm to the size of the phone but that is to be expected. All buttons function as the should. The best feature of this case is that you can still use your lightning charger to charge the case! I currently have a 6s and I am easily able to plug in headphones through the case. 5 stars all around!

Definitely one of the best cases I've owned. It's not bulky at all, provides great protection and feels good in your hand. I would recommend getting a tempered glass for your screen, just to be extra protective. But I've never paid so little for a case that has worked so well, for so long. I strongly recommend getting one of these cases.
