We bought this item for a family member going to culinary school. The size is perfect. It is super easy to use. A downside is the sharp edges with the design. Its cook time is fast.

Just dismantled, it has a very large capacity and comes with two baskets. You can't wait to start using it. The oil temperature is very fast, and the two switches are different, so the explosion on both sides is not affected

It’s worth its value. The commercial kind are super expensive. This is a not that expensive alternatives to the commercial type. It is good enough for family use. We only fry stuff a couple times in a year so there is no need to invest in a super expensive model. After some searching, this is the one we ended up with. I’m happy with it so far.
