This is the third time I have been asked to write a review for this wonderful thing, and they never appear... not sure why. Maybe some day they will all appear, and so you will know why. I bought this for a hearing impaired family member, and I am amazed at how well it works. I knew he'd never remember to turn off the battery amplifiers, but was shocked that this one works so well. I would buy another one if they had them in stock. I see that they are no longer available. Hopefully, it is temporary. Was shipped quickly too.... didn't qualify for PRIME, so expected a delay... not!

I enjoy this item! Really amplifies sound well but the plastic velcro like wall fasteners sucked big time! I had to go out and buy real velcro to mount on the wall because this will constantly fall off the opposite velcro strip if you have a larger device like the Galaxy S5 with a case. But since the actual device does what it's designed to do beautifully, I still give it 5 stars for quality and performance. The weight is too much for the cheap plastic velcro imitation but it has a built-in stand for desktop use & if you use real velcro, you will have a perfect all around experience. . But the actual device is fantastic and made of quality materials. Definitely recommend it!
