It is also very robust. My learning curve was probably longer than most and involved my crashing the drone several times. That didn't seem to bother it at all. The customer service of this Company is absolutely superb. I had a problem with my first drone and I emailed the Company on a Saturday afternoon and had a reply waiting for me the next morning. A couple of things were suggested, which did not fix the issue (which wasn't terribly serious). Then Emily (the rep. who helped me and was excellent) said she would arrange for a replacement to be sent to me. I received the replacement in three days. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. I think this is an excellent company you can deal with in complete confidence. If you need a capable, reasonably priced drone, I don't think you can do better than the PL-511 and this Company. UPDATE 10/18/2024 I had problems with two of these drones. The first I bought and it worked OK but I discovered when I hovered it 20' above ground it did not stay in one position, it made a 6' circle or went about 20' sideways. I contacted the Company and they sent me a new one. It worked really well for two days so I wrote the above review. On the third day I flew it a few minutes when it flipped over and crashed into the ground. It did that five times in a row. The next day I tried it again and it again flipped over and crashed. I returned it to desertcart and will get a refund in due course. I think this is an excellent company and the drone seems to be well built. However, from my experience I would say it has a software problem. Maybe I was just unlucky and got the only bad two drones they ever made. Unfortunately, I simply can't trust their drones.
