I grew up with Morton's Iodized salt and like it to enhance the flavor of food ... Regular iodized salt like Morton's is fine and will come out of the shaker easily... Iodized salt may help prevent iodine deficiency, which may cause a range of symptoms... We have been using extra fine Pink Himalayan salt in our table salt shakers for quite a while... I have no scientific basis for my reasoning about whether we are getting enough iodine in our diet... Unlike iodized salt, pink Himalayan salt does not have iodine added, which means it's not as effective in preventing iodine deficiency, but is less processed... We will continue to use both.

It’s my go too. Makes everything taste so tasty. It’s not to salty, I use one for baking because the size is perfect, it fits in my spice cabinet/ pantry like a glove. The flip top provides an ease of use when baking, and believe me when I say ease of use, it can’t get any easier. It’s a well known brand and it has the lowest amount of contaminants. My husband needed salt in his diet and so I bought this set of 2. Morton as always been known as a trusted brand,and this does not disappoint.

When it rains, it may or may not pour
What can I say. It's Morton's salt. Closest thing I could have for a complaint, is it arrived today a very rainy day. Although shipping box was very dry the salt wouldn't hardly pour from it's container. I had to kinda squeeze container so in would pour into my shaker. Odd, since the claim has always been, when it rains it, it pours 🤔 Oh well, main thing is I received my iodized salt to support my thyroid.06/02/25 UPDATE: This salt does pour like it should. Something's changed. Everytime I try to salt my food, I have to bang bottom of my salt shaker on table to loosen the salt so it will come out of holes.
