I like that it is safe, easy to set up and can be placed outdoors. This one is by far the most effective at catching and killing pests. It is very effective. It makes treatment easy and we have noticed a significant decrease in the number of mice in the area since we started using it.

This does not work on small rodents. I have mice and they were able to get through the holes in the back to get the bait. They would set off the gate but whenever I'd open it up it was empty. I tried several times but each time it was empty. I checked the description several times to see if it said it wouldn't work on small rodents but it doesn't say anything about that. I even tried taping up the holes in the back with thick electrical tape but the mice just chewed through the tape and got the bait anyway.

My friend has a mouse problem and I agreed to help him out. Not my favorite job to do, he was using glue traps. He went out of town recently and I couldn’t deal with cleaning that up, so I got this product. I put a little bowl of peanut butter (actually a soda bottle cap full) in the trap and that worked great. You do not have to see the mouse in the trap! Just dump in a bag without looking. You can use batteries or plug it in, I chose to plug in. Instructions are easy to follow and it’s a really simple device that doesn’t have a bunch of buttons or settings.

I have rodents im trying to get rid of in my yard. I put this in their pathway and it has taken care of a few rats. Clean up is a bit rough, because I don’t even like the thought of handling carcasses, but for decrease activity, I can handle this.

I read reviews. I really do - sampling of positive & negative. I obviously failed with the negative ones this time. ☹️As others have reported, this DOES NOT WORK FOR MICE!!! Which is what is invading my kitchen at night. Trap goes off, no mouse inside in the morning.The Advertising needs to be corrected!!!
