This isn’t my first one. I got this one for my husband. I know how horrible my sleep has been. He also knows how long I’ve been dealing with sleep issues. Now that i use the grounding mat REGULARLY, i get very good solid sleep. That made him want to give this one a try. I didn’t care too much for the testing pen. I use one that i purchased separately at a local store. I got it to check my outlets after we had some work done to our house. anyway, this also came with a grounding wristband too! All in all, this was a very good purchase. You can google the many benefits you can have from grounding.

I have lots of medical issues including fibromyalgia which interfered with my sleep for years. Dr. was wanting to give me an expensive med which I couldn’t afford to improve sleep. I did research but was highly skeptical of grounding but thought it was worth a shot. The first couple nights I had dreams. I hadn’t in years because I didn’t get into deep enough sleep to dream. I thought it might be placebo effect.The next night I slept horribly and woke with headache which lasted all day. When I went to bed, I repositioned my mat and realized my dog had chewed through the wire!! I ordered replacement wire and definitely feel more rested in the mornings. I do still awaken during the night (bathroom, pain, hot flashes), but feel better upon waking. Not noticing much difference in pain yet but my blood sugar may be more consistent (still skeptical on this). Definitely worth a try to see if it works for you!!

Why is the light on when it’s not even plugged in??? This company has some explaining to do! But when I put the wristband and attach the cord that is plugged into outlet the tester pen does not come on! I received product 7/10/24.

This mat is a good size and comfortable to lay on. It is thin and has a fine texture to lay on. However, this came with no instructions for the wrist band or the tester so I have no idea how to use them. The only instructions were for the mat itself. Also this didn't help me at all. I felt no sense of calmness or being grounded or peace. I also could tell no difference in my pain.
